My first match was bad, and our team was bad. Not a big suprise.
I won second one
In 3'd match i was playing with 5 premades and they was VERY good. Platinum and diamond on both teams.

Reaper vs Winston doesn't happen at higher levels. What happens is Reaper vs Winston + Zen orb + Zarya Shield + Winston Bubble Shield. Then the moment Winston is in danger Winston jumps out of danger and back with his team. The only thing Pharah can do is sit 25m away from McCree at all times. And then she's not strong enough to do much without a dedicated Mercy. The meta will really evolve and show that, unless in very specific situations and compositions, Pharah is on the sidelines.

Check Overbuff instead they have almost 500K profiles. With a Rank of 2150 they already place you at top 29%. They still might have a bit biased data, but it is much better than masteroverwatch.

The average is obviously below 2000 (silver).

My theory is the more heroes we have the better balanced the game will be, just by virtrue of having more options and counters

Winston and Roadhog are two of the only real counters to genji, but if the game had double the roster Genji would be comparitively weaker because of more counters in the pool
