Yeah, prot warrior seems pretty good. I haven't done any dungeons yet (still only 102 on my warrior alt), but most of the time I pull 4-5 mobs at a time if I can, and my health rarely goes down much at all as long as Ignore Pain is up.
It says it's supposed to absorb 90% of damage, but it feels like it's absorbing almost 100% to me.
On a few occasions when I pulled groups of 10-ish mobs at a time, it did start to go down but as soon as they started dying I could just Victory Rush back to full health in no time.

I don't know how it is to level as DPS these days, as I haven't done it since Cataclysm, but it feels like most outdoor content has been way underpowered since Cataclysm.
