Is that Monster Monpiece uncensored dump working right? I tried to back it up using QCMA and the game was categorized under System instead of as a Vita app. After a reboot, the bubble just disappeared and I had to use VitaShell to delete the game's folder which was now just sitting there taking up room.

500mb-2gb generally. Some console ports or collections are 4gb. Then some games have huge updates/DLC which can push them beyond that.
16gb is fine for general use. Use QCMA to transfer games around if you want to mix and match.

Vita games are 500mb-3gb typically, and you need twice the space plus + about 500mb to install because of compression. And that's just Vita games.

What about homebrew? Things like EasyRPG, VitaQuake, the Henkaku install itself, and Retroarch will take space. Which leads to the question, what about ROMs? A few mb's here and there is no big deal but a sega cd ISO can approach 600mb. Speaking of CD games, what about the inevitable inclusion of PSX games? Did you know FFIX is 2GB, while most games hit around 600mb? And with a PSX hack we'll see PSP games, which exceed 700mb and beyond easily.

Open the game vpk with winrar and extract all files. Then take eboot.bin and the sce_sys folder and zip them. Rename that zip to vpk and transfer to the vita. Now install that. After that you transfer the rest of the game's files to it's folder.

It's faster than transfering the whole vpk and then installing it and you don't need double the space that way.
