Explain melee pls. No matter what I do, sneak up on people, run up to people, behind them, in front of them, hold the key, tap the key, I never get the 1-hit kill melee animation. I just end up bonking them and look like an idiot. Yet everyone gets the animation against me. I never had this problem with the other games.

Maneuver the air craft like a psycho (I know easier said then done) while being chased you will lose them 80% of the time if it fails just gain higher elevation while circling to lose them.. commonly the enemy assumes you will keep turning and moving at the same altitude. getting pistol kills is so satisfying.

People are so busy crying about tanks that they won't even realize how absurdly broken the AA artillery truck is.

Several games now I've just camped the whole match in the desert and made the enemy planes obsolete the moment they spawn. Nothing comes even close to threatening it. It got a smokescreen, quick repair and can start the regular repair while driving at full speed ahead. The only tanks you meet are super butthurt autists that try to cross the great desert in revenge, but you easily escape and reposition from them. Infantry can't come close to you without being spotted in the open desert. There is nothing that can threaten you at all while you block off their entire air support.

Fucking ridiculous.

Is it possible to do significant damage to heavy tanks / landships with k bullets? Do you need to hit some specific area or are they always just worthless?

Help me out guys, my performance in the Beta is terrible and i dont know why, i was talking to a guy in chat who had the the same specs (except he had an i5) and was getting great performance, but he was on Windows 10.
What do i do? Should i go to Windows 10, is there something else im missing? I changed the Resolution scale to 42% and everything, yet everything i try doesnt make a difference and the game still stutters and freezes all the time.

3 dynamite and 3 mines do 500 damage to the train, just under 1/4 of it's hp. It's basically the only way to kill it.

Didn't played the modern Battlefields, the terrain deformation in this game is new? Because I think it's amazing.

I've enjoyed this game more in the short time I've played it than I have from every game from BC2 to BF4, it feels more closer to BF1942 to me. I've also yet to come across a lot of the problems people seem to have with the game, like people complaining how the tanks are too op, all I do is hide if I see or hear one cause they've nerfed 3d spotting so you don't show up unless someone is looking directly at you, and also removing your location showing up on the minimap if you fire a gun allowing for more stealth gameplay. I also feel like people are viewing this map wrong, like E isn't meant to be a flag you're supposed to run to, I don't think a lot of people realise this but the capture height of E is a lot higher than all the other flags on the map so planes can cap the point, E also has 2 AA guns that can be useful to control the bottom half of the maps air space, meanwhile C has the 1 AA gun that can control the top half of the maps air. If you're playing infantry you should try and stick to B, C, F, and kind of D, if youre a vehicle user you should go after A, D and G and sometimes go to F to cap it if you haven't already or the other team has it as F is also pretty much a free flag because of how little people stick to that area of the map, all you need to really worry about I think is planes which you have 2 AA guns to use anyway.

Every gun seems to be wildly inaccurate yet I've been consistently hit with machine gun fire from miles away.
What gun should I use? I've just been using the basic issue ones and they're fucking vile.

In random pubs sure, but any sort of teamwork could quickly melt tanks. K rounds do what, 6 damaged per shot? You can hit a tank from far outside their effective range and any sort of coordinated fire from a squad of snipers could wreck tanks before they ever leave the spawn. The At launcher seems underwhelming, but only because more people don't have it yet. 2+ assaults firing at once on a tank would end it very fast.

Not to mention K rounds on unarmoured vehicles. There are definitely going to be squads of people going full meme with 4 snipers and one support just spamming K rounds all over the place.

The unscoped bolt action rifles on this game are very, very satisfying

Really like the game play on this battlefield, the other ones kinda felt weird. Like the bullets weren't connecting, in a way. This is, without triggering any children, much closer to CoD levels of smoothness.

The fighter plane is bretty powerful
