Ganking isn't about something you decide before you are in the game. You need to look at the lanes and evaluate your chances of getting something out of a gank and compare them to the farm and summoners you might lose. This applies no matter what champ you are playing for some the bar is just lower to perform a successfull gank.
Even WW can gank, (especially with red) he just has a very high bar to the situations where ganking is justifiable.

Like, an item for Gnar that suppresses him from going into his mega form, he always stays mini-Gnar and gets bonus attack / attack speed while at 100fury.

you can hover around 10~20 above 0 lp for a while and only lose at 0 lp three times (non-consecutively) and you'd probably be demoted the next instant you lost at 0 lp

without a warning beyond your games becoming predominantly high plat range

despite riot implying you'd get a warning about demoting on such a level (they did imply a warning would happen for losing too much but woops no warning)

my best advice to you is that if you are already diamond, fucking stop playing ranked the moment decay won't touch you before season ends. IIRC that's exactly two months, so around september 13th play a ranked game and then you can just stop and not risk the ultimate stress of being demoted to plat near the end of the season.
