I'm no story teller, but I don't mind sharing the idea behind it.

Erowen's demise comes from severe injuries acquired while traveling. Possibly evading other bandits, since that's her thing. Said injuries become too much and she has to seek out help from the nearest home she can find, which belongs to Suzette.

She agrees to help Erowen, but after tending her for a day or so decides it would be too much work to continue to put off her usual research to care for her. She also figures it's a good time to rid herself of a lot of Dwemer junk laying around from dungeon diving. Suzette tells Erowen she will have to amputate her leg so the infection won't spread, but she can recreate a prosthetic for her. Erowen agrees reluctantly, but she will never be the same.

Suzette takes things a little too far and creates what she names Enkara, or "living weapon". At that point Erowen is effectively dead and becomes a servant of sorts for Suzette. Retrieving trinkets and clearing out dungeons for her. Dirty work that would otherwise distract from Suzette's usual research.

Hey Eiries, have you ever fiddled with Fair Skin Complexion and noticed a neck seam? Or with UUNP causing neck seams with so-called compatible skins? I love the skin but no matter what I do (even using UNP Texture Blender), this seam remains.

It looks like the face and body texture is completely different but they're both from FSC.

Looks specular based, which wouldn't surprise me because I'm pretty sure he never integrated any solid blacks to the neck area or anything afaik.

So they look like different tones because there's a different level of light coming off of them. If you rub a black fuzzy brush over the neck area of both the face and body spec it'll probably be fine.

Oh, speculars can cause neck seams? Fuck me I'm stupid. I've been using Honey's Barbarian normals because they're godly, but never bothered to get other speculars. I did briefly try his specular fix thing and no specular at all, but the seam remained. I'll try out a few other speculars. Dry Skin looks okay.

If that doesn't work I'll try what you recommended, though I don't think I have PS. Thanks a bunch Eiries, you're always really helpful.

If that's the case you might just have really old speculars. It's a strong possibility.

Also I don't know if Barbarian msns are seamless or if they even come with a head msn. I imagine that has to be pretty old and, if I recall correctly, is really just Sporty Sexy's msns.

msns and speculars both can create seams, and they're tricky because everybody has different ones for the head and body. That's why texblend exists. If you can get it to work, just use that.

I've used UNP Texture Blender with it, didn't solve the issue. I'll try with different normals as well, but I wasn't really getting seams with it before I switched to FSC. Maybe I will have to use a different muscle mod (possibly the one that creates them whatever it's called).

I don't really use speculars much, so I'm not sure what is classified as old. Though the ones I'm trying out were made in 2013...

It's a LOT less noticeable now that I switched away from the Barbarian normals. Makes me sad since I've used them for years, but it's time to move on I guess. The textures are a bit different colour, so like you said that could be a specular issue and I may try the variations of the one I have now or just get newer ones. I'll try out the UNP Texture Blender too. This was the bigger roadblock from me continuing on my follower so thanks a bunch again.

My colorpow were about 1.07~ or so but I switched them to 1. I was also using Clones's recommended ENB subsurfacescattering settings so I switched them back to what I had before.

The seam goes from not very noticeable to kind of noticeable depending on the light, but it's a lot better than before. I'll fiddle with speculars and see if I can't find one I like that also doesn't cause seams. Pity it's so annoying to try and find speculars alone.

There's not much of a transition from her chin to jawline to head, it's all very rounded. There's a happy medium between smoothing out polygons and making sure the character doesn't lose all facial definition, I think Natalia's kind of leaning towards the latter side.
