It's overloaded by the fact that critical resist is not static. Sometimes you will crit. Sometimes silk never gets to act with high spirit or Shura eats your resist in 5 actions.
Critical damage and damage increase should never share the same stone. Especially not a rare stone. You want to build around critical resistance than do so but when you do crit it should barely be a blip on the radar.

1%~24% hp units were basically frozen at 0 AS and did no damage
26%~50% hp units had 100% DR
51%~75% hp units i think had their reflexes moderately reduced

after killing the yeon in front of your backline and mid several times to drop the enemy team's hp, the lucian should be low enough for your striker to kill him without his crazy DR up.

if you had silla, kevin, shoe, meta and a GK that could survive the littre's active shot at the 20 minute mark, it was actually not so bad.

I fought a line with Angela and those totems and I had trouble critting with Irru, the striker with the highest natural crit, until the 3rd or 4th active and after 15 minutes or so with Milky and Elaine

This has been a busy month so I didn't bother climbing galaxy. I got my baby toe past 2600 and stopped.

Currently ranked 474 so there are still barely ~500 in Galaxy in the final days of the season. That is with the reddit people giving out all those free wins by swapping their GK/Striker or running gatekeepers in their teams.

Globally only 35 people climbed to 3k. Top 100 is still ~1850 just like last season. This is similar to last season so the whales at the top don't seem affected much. For most others it was a rough climb as Elaine was now everywhere and it's not just WW teams that she fucks over. She was the single biggest difference maker this season.

There honestly were not that many 7* strikers with proper rerolled stone elements until you actually got to galaxy. They were mostly normal strikers in champs unless you climbed too fast in the first week or two.

For average teams fighting others average teams it was the brick wall of Elaines that hit them at 2300-2400. Reflex based gameplay makes it even more RNG dependent than before. They couldn't brute force their way to galaxy as easily as before.

I am half-tempted to reroll beatrice dark crit stone to that ardor crit stone. Problem is her current crit damage stone has a lot of crit rate and pen on it which I badly need, and my two ardor crit damage stones have neither.

Also beatrice is currently in a bad place overall and not worth investing in except for waifu reasons. She needs her honorable vow upgraded to 20% crit rate or something.

Silk was on about 35% of top 100 teams last season. As with this season they were not necessarily using her on WW teams but as a semi-rainbow ace to buff meta CM and win the reflex war. Silk is good enough to work off-color as long as she is buffing a few core players.

Last season both silk and victoria seemed less common outside of Galaxy as casual players were slowly getting around to investing in them. This season more players were running them thanks to all the free training loot, and the same was true for Elaine since she became scoutable.

It was an ardor dominated season for the most part. Thunder died off almost completely (2-3 ardor teams in the top 50). Mono-WW is also gone, but silk is still well represented as an off-color ace for other teams. Light still does as well as ever.

Most of Uriel and Latios teams are like the Kirin teams where they have their game plan and force you to play around it regardless of what the meta looks like.

They might under perform compared to some of the meta strikers but they're a safe choice for someone who doesn't want to have to keep rebuilding their team every season.
