Warcraft Chronicle, so very recently. They're basically another big bad who may be even more powerful than the Legion, though Void Lords have a very difficult time even crossing into the physical universe. Also they created the Old Gods and infected the who universe with them (specifically trying to infect world souls which are proto-titans), leading Sargeras to try to destroy the universe and remake it without their corruption. Lots of shit changed with the Chronicle in the base of the titan lore.

I don't know how important a term 'bis' to a leveling character even is. The garrosh weapons turned out to be utter overkill. I had mythic ones on my main, yet leveled an alt in shitty pvp gear just as quickly.

But you're right it probably doesn't warrant that place, I moved it to the top center and added a macro that hides/unhides it, which I think will work a lot better.

I can eat a million hits to the face now, but my damage is subpar and I have no fucking way to get melee off me half the time other than lucky juking due to my Fear getting interrupted.

Warlocks are broken for 100 pvp

Basically the shield regens a lot and it gets to the point where if you can't deal absurd DPS their HP won't go down because they have like 3/4 ways of healing them self too as well as the constantly regenerating shield, but at 110 it's not that bad

Just ignore them in 1v1 and run away is all you can do really
