Yasuo is not exclusive to this problem. This is why you force objectives hard in the midgame when you break away from the laning phase, but aren't in the super huge 5 man groups. I can perfectly understand them. I'm much better of a support than toplaner, and i'm much better of a toplaner than adc (and i'm really bad at playing toplane). Everytime i play support if i decide to play another role after that i will get absolutely demolished because of the mmr that does not fit my skill for that other role. Having a 50% chance to get demolished is nothing enjoyable and i'd rather dodge than feed for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Granted I should've been with the team, but the earlier method of running down mid as a team wasn't working, they just kept tele-splitpushing. Also this game has now convinced me to bring teleport now matter what, sans support role or possibly some junglers.

I remember having the exact same problem with Viktor, loved his lore and "LITERALLY A TECHPRIEST" appearance but his kit was just so difficult for me to work with. I have that problem with mages in general, every game is a desperate exercise to land all my shit, dodge all the enemy's shit, and hit CS with my weak-ass autos when I could just pick a Bruiser and go HAM or at least play ADC where aiming is as easy as right-clicking the enemy. Kayle is pretty much my crutch mid-laner because of that, she's a ranged champion that last-hits like a melee one that scales incredibly well with an in-built Zhonya's in her kit and all I have to do is E>Right click people.

Rank is arbitrary. All the series change thing is is a moral boost. Your rank is pretty much 100% based on your hidden MMR, not your actual rank. MMR is impacted exclusively based on wins and losses.

This is why you silver shits are stuck in silver, it literally takes 5 seconds to look at your damage after each big item, looking at your opponents health in the top left and subtracting their resistances. That shit alone can carry you to platinum.
