Tbh the only reason majespecters are doing well is because the combined banlist made the most powerful legal decks either bricky or easy to disrupt. Meanwhile majespecters are very consistent since all of the monsters are searchers except kirin. Tempest is a searchable strike. Being reliant on grave summoning tornado really fucks blue eyes. Erebus' non targeting spin is good but you'll be bricking more often than not with only 1 pandeity.
