They can do almost everything, but they don't have enough ways to specialize. Their only burst damage requires them to remain stationary for a long time charging, they will always have inferior DPS. If you go Bo/Te you can be decent support but then you're being less useful than a TE main.

The new ring will at least make it easier for Bo/Hu to spam vento, but vento itself hurts to whiff and it whiffs in many situations.

Not him but Bouncer's skill tree for me feels a bit empty. When you get all the relevant skills, there's not really much to get afterwards. It's sort of dumb when the best option most of the time is to get S-Atk Up 2 which is something that every melee tree has. I'm not sure why Fields even have a cooldown either, it's not like they would break the game if they were active all the time like a stance. Recasting them also makes you fall a huge distance and DB/JB are meant to be weapons that are used in the air.

Something like Craft Mastery will also be heavily outdated forever unless they decide to expand crafting (not announced on the next roadmap).

That's the point I was making though, the Fields are not that strong in terms of support compared to most other things in the game so why do they have such a long cooldown and drawback?

Matching Light weakness for EPPR is very easy because of Darkers and it's relevant for most of the super bosses but the elemental weakness requirement does suck ass. EPPR for me is important enough that I leveled the ring because it's such a big increase in PP regen (which is more damage overall) for some weapons.

the only 3 classes that can reliably benefit from the elemental fields are fo, te and bo:
fo rarely needs the boost, often are attacking from afar, and tend to have more than enough methods of pp regeneration

the other classes depend greatly on their equipment element

I'm not sure how previous games did critical hits, or if they even had them, now that I think about it. I do distinctly recall them having damage variance (joke weapons and other variants usually had a lot of that).

They should just rebuild Bouncer from the ground up. Should Dual Blade and Jet Boots even be used by the same class? They play so differently.

Jet Boots seems to be a s/t-atk hybrid, but the mechanics of the weapon force you to stack one or the other since a spread wouldn't really work with how players have been encouraged to affix their gear. JB also is designed with the idea of floating and flying all over the place, but TDs can do the same thing with better damage. The idea of shift-actions is neat, but they didn't do enough with it. Casting shifta/deband/zanverse, and that's it? If we can't add more than 3 PAs, then at least make the shift-actions customizable.

DBs have decent damage potential, but it's either temporary with break stance, or requires a rainbow set of weapons, which is pretty dumb, especially considering that at first glance ele stance is meant to be used by JBs becuase of the ability to change weapon element.

Layer wear tickets take away the players means to resell it when used.
This discourages players from buying it in the first place knowing they may have to be stuck with it .

SG scratch has many faults on its own but to highlight the worst issues.

Also the first scratch in the SG scratch was falz costumes, what would be the purpose to putting the most wanted costumes in the game in a whole different scratch mixed in with tons of unwanted costumes variants and useless items only discouraging players from spending on SG unless they got the sg from free tickets.

Locking arguably the best items and behind exclusive Ac scratch gets.


Giving away all those makeup coupons for free (true they have been doing this in late episode 3 and this is a game on customization but it feels like that was a reasonable portion of their income just going up in smoke)

If you divide the player base because of tedious bullshit like cosmetics it will reflect on the sales.


The anime was bad and made by normalfags who have never played pso2 before. It's already been said over 1000 times. It sold poorly. We are already too in to back out now.
A part of me instead wants a pso2es anime that runs a bit like Valkyrie Drive with just less lewd.
Only because not many people will be able to interpret all of pso2es story in its quantity in even 60-100 1 hour sittings.

2.Content gated behind pre-scheduled EQs more than ever before making you log in only for those, and having nothing to do during the rest of the time

3.Said content with not very appealing rewards if you already have the Austere/Orbit/Ideal you want

4.Said content not being challenging unless you're into Time Attack/playing efficiently, therefore killing motivation to improve your gear

5.Rings being good but gathering limited by stupid mobage style cooldowns

Those are the main reasons that made me put this game on the shelf, probably uninstalling if Ultimate Amduscia doesn't fix some of these flaws

Mmos may use many maps to celebrate events during its running duration.

I'm not sure where you're getting the balance idea from, free fields completely died after Train Gidorah triggers got released, which was merely a week after the field got released, the last popular free field before that was Kuronia back when people wanted the weapons.

They are merely played for Daily Orders purposes now.

I believe it and I'm saddened by it, because some people also want some motivation to play the game, because that's also, you know, part of the game.

Collection files killed the sense of "hunting items" for me, because I know exactly when I'm gonna get the items I want, vs suddenly having a rare drop.

The only thing that bothered me about RNG is the element grind because whenever you do get a rare item, you had to get a second one to have a chance to make it useful or spend a large amount of money to max element it, other than that I was fine hunting items that way.

Challenge is indeed very vague, challenge for me in a game like this is being actually punished for doing something wrong, and dying or getting hit are not representative of that for me because of how easy it is to use moon atomizers in this game.

It really is a big deal for me, mainly because I'm tired of SEGA gating content unlike Ep3, I want to be able to come home, and play the game, Ult Nab, CM1 let me do that, I'm tired of pre-schedules and cooldowns really. In terms of content releases. Tokyo, Las Vegas, and Amduscia are all content you can play at any time. Yamato is the only EQ we've gotten, so the majority of EP4's content isn't gated behind EQs, which was the point I was responding to. If you want to argue that Tokyo field was rendered moot because of Train triggers then I'm not really going to argue with you, that was an idiotic move on SEGA's part.

1 stamina takes 3 minutes to recover. 0 to 100 is a 5 hour wait. A decent chunk of time but not as bad as once a day.

In my own experience the more time you spend with the character creator, obviously, the better you get at it. That's more or less a consolation prize for the scratchers as I see it. I mean, if there was just a color it lewdkini in scratch you would still need trash items to recolor it. Either you replace color variations with accessories nobody wants or, more likely, AC spenders wait for campaigns that give out Rappy suits.
Sure you could add trash items in place of that and remove ruppie suits from campaigns/the tradein for that, but simply put the way they have it now is a better incentive. Nobody really cares about having the perfect color for a sexy swimsuit. Even some non black lewdkinis had sold for a pretty penny long enough after the scratch, albeit this was at least a year ago.

A friend dragged me along ages ago to mess with it for a few hours and we did actually find some neat stuff.

Most of this is on Swiki now but it only puts out a set amount of aggro on the boss/mob which is easily overtaken and it has a hidden splash that has to hit (about as big as Divine Launcher) otherwise the aggro part won't work. The worst part is, after a certain amount of damage (something terribly low but I forgot how much) the PA will not do anything except act as a meat shield for some things like those examples that you said.

Probably the most interesting part about it is this webm. If the doll manages to stay the full duration without blowing up from a hit taken and manages to hit the boss with the explosion, the boss will then act like they do when nobody is around for a short amount of time. Even if you start attacking it normally while this is happening, the boss will just pretend you aren't there. This only works when the dolls themselves have taken aggro so it usually doesn't work at all if someone has hit it once.

We also found out that War Cry is an aggro table reset and not a taunt effect like most people would assume because of Fake Silhouette. This wasn't on Swiki at the time so I found it pretty cool.

I don't play Gu but War Cry is useful if you want to keep the boss aggro all to yourself since with the aggro bonuses factored it's hard to lose it if you keep attacking the target.

War Cry is kinda bad for tap and forget in TD you often want to lead the mobs somewhere and it takes time during which you generally don't hit them and some Force does hit them.

Every enemy has aggro table with the name of each player on it. If you hit the enemy for 20k damage you get 20k aggro etc it accumulates. Player with the biggest aggro number gets targeted by the enemy.


When you use War Cry the table is set to 0 for each player and 1 for you (it doesn't need to be 1 but it's a small value). Also every time you hit the enemy the real aggro value added is damage x aggro modifier from War Cry. Let's say you have 300% modifier on War Cry and hit enemy for 20k damage. You get 20k x 3.0 aggro for that. The enemy is as likely to attack you as the player who did 60k damage without modifiers.

Only big difference comes with cast race vs other races. There are 'mecha' or cast costumes for humans/dewman/newman, and you can wear multiple cast pieces with cast races (they are 3 different pieces, arms, body, leg) that way you can create your own set, recolour as much as you want, etc. IMO my only issue with cast is creating a good looking face because their huge ears bother me.
