GW ends on the 30th. Legfest starts 24 hours after that. Even if Legfest started on the 30th, they wouldn't introduce a character for summer that you could ticket when all the rest are leaving.

It's not gonna happen and if it does all you get is 1 day of legfest rolling, without the ability to spark anyway.
