Blizzard came up with two other buffs to Hanzo that help compensate for the fact that he is a projectile character. Wonky hit boxes are a lazy fix.

The Xim4 is only good if the game itself has good controls. Overwatch has a lot of input lag and irritating dead zones, so the Xim4 doesn't perform as well. I used it for overwatch, and although I did perform better than I would have with a controller, it still didn't feel like a true KB+M experience. I really couldn't be as precise as I wanted to be. I haven't used it in a month, so I'm not entirely sure if the console version fixed the issues with the controls.
