Do you look down on players that only play normal difficulty?
Personally, in fates I like to play on normal classic. I don't like the balancing and map design of fates and prefer to enjoy the characters but still have some semblance of difficulty through classic mode.
This is coming from somebody who beat hector hard mode. It's just something about how fates handles the harder difficulties that I find unfun.

Why would anyone look down on people playing on lower difficulties? Everyone has to start somewhere and if someone who plays Normal first to get a grip of things or enjoys a more relaxed difficulty, all the more power to them.

I wouldn't push a player who is new to the series to start straight away from Lunatic or Hard (especially in Conquest) and although the older games tend to vary in difficulty, i'd rather people started from a more familiar entry, Birthright being literally the most comfortable experience to new players.

If someone's experienced and plays normal, maybe they just enjoy goofing around, trying all sorts of crazy class combinations or other shenanigans.

With permadeath, sure you can reset but then that leads you to come up with some other form of strategy to minimize casualties changing the way you tackle the problems. Playing on casual changes how it's played. With little to no consequence, you can just play extremely reckless without a care on your units knowing they come back anyways. It promotes a different gameplay style one that I think should not be in games that claims to fall under the srpg genre.

Best part is that I almost dropped her. Benoit seemed to outclass her in everything and I had a limit on how many characters I could bring with me, so she was getting the bench. I gave her a Javelin and paired her with Benoit and sent her in the ninja rape cave at Level 11, and she came out of it at Level 3 promoted.
Same thing happened to Belka, Pieri and Elise, really wanted to use them but was not working out, Belka is probably my best non-Marx unit now and Elise my best mage (latter not very hard I guess). Pieri is Pieri.

I honestly feel that GK is a better class for most Cavs than Paladin, especially Pieri. She has enough Spd and Res to compensate for the classes bigger stat weaknesses. It patches up her bulk pretty nicely and makes her even better offensively. Its skills are also better for her. Armoured Blow really helps and Luna is fairly decent but Vengeance is better. Her reclass options might be lacking but it gives her Heartseeker and Lifetaker.

Just look at all the support dialogues with her husband and son and the rest. She helps out the problems in people and fixes them. Slowly yet focused.

These are clearly errors and mistakes produced by cutting out content and not reviewing the story afterwards.

I think in the outline they explained the backstory of Lilith a lot more, since she's supposed to be one of the few staff that sticked to Corrin for the longest, and early on Elise hinted that Lilith was very close to Corrin. Likewise, Corrin was probably supposed to spend a week or so in Hoshido before the plaza incident.

My speculation is that there was gonna be much more dialogue and backstory in the first few chapters, but it was cut out for time.
