Attackers in general are pretty useless with key exceptions like Khriel.
+160 and stones means that even someone with zero total passive that increase their damage they are going to penetrate over just about anything. Reduce damage taken when attacking is the new hotness and is why people are tossing Earth's Cries on Kiki's and Silks so that they can steal/penetrate over Elaine and Strikers.
Dale is slow as shit and dies to everything that looks at him, his debuff requires him to penetrate and not steal and due to the AI changes he will never apply it to the enemies backline.

First: Nikita ace. Backline should have her, Magnus/Nerua or both if you want, Miho, Kiki, Silk or Freyja.
Pecking order on GKs: Jin > BT > Raklet.
Midline can have Bell, Lynia, Veronica, Meiran, Linmay (Only one of these three in the same line.), Cynthia, or Meta CM, she's that good. Nera works too.
The front depends on your striker.
If Kirin: Rudiel/Silk/Kirin/Linmay
If any other ww striker: Luka/Neraizel/Striker
If any thunder striker: Veronica/Luka/Striker
If you have Baltheon or Elaine, use them there even off color.
You choose if 4man front, mid or back works better for you.
