MODOK's second stage has 10k hp, and each guard has 10,000 too so that's neat. Seems even if you get Coulson and the upgrade you're gonna have a mountain to climb.

MODOK and the Guards each share their HP amounts except for a few spots.

1 = 5,000 HP
2 = 10K
3 = 15K
4 = 20K
5 = 30K, MODOK appears to be 25K
6 = 40K, MODOK is 30K
7 = 40K
8 = 50K
9 = 60K

First Battle, MODOK has 1 guard. 2, 3, 4, & 5 he's got 2 guards, 6, 7, & 8 he's got 3 guards and 9 (and presumably if you continue to fight him) he's got 4 guards.

Each battle needs 3 of the psyblocks for both guards and MODOK
