Druid or Mage, whichever is up to you.
DK you can just level faster to 60, but in the time it would take to get from 60 to 100 is arguably faster than it would take to get from 1-60 because of the level it starts at, so boosting is illogical for that class imo.
Also Invasions give good XP, so there's that.

Just go into a legion invasion zone, afk till it finishes (About 10 mins). You could also contribute if you want more shards and have some fun (It gets boring after a while though).
They last 4 hours, 2 spawn at once, you can find them on the world map if you zone into EK/Kalimdor, its obvious which zone has the invasion.

Then log onto another character and do the same, apparently they'll spawn more frequently every week, but at the moment you'll get close to 2 levels for 30 mins work,

well you need vanish , i have it on the same base keybind as stealth, but with a ctrl modifier.
you need a macro for rupture/nightbalde to be mouseover, same with marked for death.
put your main finisher on the same bind for ever y spec, same with builders
put shadowstrike on your nonstealth bar where your pistol shot/garrote would be
idk mang other than that do what's comfortable. sub needs Shadowstrike, cheapshot and sap on out of stealth binds cuz "lol no shadow dance bar 4 u"

just roll a monk and get to TBC there is a lot of content in the TBC quest zones since they learned their lessons from vanilla and made a lot of improvements to quest flow you don't end up flying all over the world for a 2000 exp quests anymore in TBC it's really good just trust me there is content in TBC zones that's Outlands (which is like draenor from the future you know?)

Ruining the leveling process was the worst offender for me. The old world changes would have been alright if they didn't make everything so rail-roaded. EXP was fucked for so long you practically couldn't finish a zone without quests going grey, even without looms and forget even running that zone's dungeon once.

I don't know why, but i'm enjoying my time as a prot warrior. The animations feel solid, it plays nicely. I know prot used to be "better" before, but for some reason i'm enjoying myself right now.
