I'd agree if I wasn't gunning for the combo. It's good for preserving your own board or resetting for sure but the deck is not about maintaining the board as much as drawing into the pieces and having the shadows to set up an OTK. deck is looking to trade 1 for 1, get the opponent down to 17-13 health, maintain enough Shadows for a Death's Breath or Tyrant. 17 damage Tyrant is gonna need about 24 Shadows and an evo point so I need to be stingy with the stuff plus what else would I remove for FT that wouldn't affect shadow generation or board pressure?

It is kinda depressing that I still have 3 SSR. The only thing I am getting from 10 rolls are a lot of SR dupes.

It is a good thing that the game isn't grindy and it doesn't take a lot of time to play and deplete your stamina and BP, so it doesn't make me want to quit.

I'd save mgs for last anyways since they use up more ammo that you might need for leveling.

Have you tried executes? They fill the same role as Void while also giving you a tool against other slow decks like Purgatory and Haven.

Hell Unleasher's 2 shadows is nice but he's also extremely slow, and you have no board clears to begin with. Urd might be better for the better tempo body, +1 shadow, and the ability to duplicate your draws/rabbit damage.

I can confirm that making an account on the original servers with email in girls frontline on iOS and then moving to an android device does work. If you're lucky enough to have an iSomething laying around that's probably the way to go. I won a shitty first gen ipad mini from a raffle a few years ago and used that to download and make an account to play on my more powerful phone where the biligames version would get stuck crashing on login.

IMO I think sound direction is to blame. Jap Luna is ronery and innocent but Eng Luna is playing off the child psychopath trope. I think the VA did an ok job given the material and IMO she just needed to turn it down a bit instead of having the same high pitch+crazy. The same happens to Erika, I knew I was going to go Sword for dailies but having to hear that YOU MUST DIE just droves me nuts.

Crazy theory but I think they had 2 different sound directors for the male and female characters given that even Dragespear sounds all right while the female characters are extremely hammy.

I also think the English VAs dropped the ball a bit on the cards, some sound superb, other sound weird. It's hard to judge because native language = this is exactly how they're meant to be portrayed.

Bluestacks is really fucking laggy and a resource hog but has good visuals. MeMu runs great but has some minor visual bugs, you still have to restart the app avery couple hours or you might crash in the middle of a match. Can't comment on Nox or 4x but I've heard people have issues with them too.

Each tap pattern takes about the same amount of time to finish, so blues are coming in faster than reds. I can usually only dodge mid-tap for gun 3-tap, but charging is a bit dicey. I like Lucy better than Arch-Gandalf mainly as a finisher. I think there's too much creature hate and not enough board presence. Maybe Summon Twosome? Isabelle so ronery that she wants that golem threesome.
Try Angelic Barrage(Sword and Forest hate vs slow and steady Snipe, also hits face) and Demonic Strike as tech/preference.

Runecraft is not bad. EIther spellboost, or earth. Its not as good as current meta sword/purg/santa/storm dragons, but half of those are neutral cards.

It's like the cursed sword but makes lava pits for its active. Should be a lot easier to run now with all the powercreep we have but I don't know who would use it. No biggie. I went full Dirtcraft on my Runecraft deck for dailies because it was cheaper and offered the same amount of creature hate and a superior board presence. Petrification is way better than Fiery Embrace IMO because it removes dat Mordecai, denies Shadowcraft shadows and Last Words. Fissure Bomb is also nasty. Unlike Spellboost, you're cantripping into golems instead of cards which is a value 2 cost 3/3 ward. You also get to use Queen Medb as majority of your summoning is coming from spells. Last note is Juno's Lab which is insane for Gold rarity. The only way I manage to to survive going against Earth Rite Rune as Sword is by aggressively evolving, hoping for Floral Fencer, Wind God and stat boosting commanders.

IMO Spellboost benefits from having great finishers and tanking until you can set the D-Shift off. Flame/Glass, Lucy, Satan(non D shift ender) sort.

Still trying to figure out Noah. She's better than Kagari just from the counter, but her jellyfish do not move toward enemies, like Kagari's goldfish shots will. I think her damage is combo based too, so if she turns to attack a box instead of enemies who are slightly further away, all of your jellies are going into the wall and you have to interrupt your combo.

As for other upcoming stuff, we'll find out when it gets closer. They don't announce memorials or full sets very far in advance unless there's a player vote involved.

Sometimes we know due to other things announced, like weapon buffs. But I don't think they mentioned anything like that lately.

In coop exchange, there's a huge poster and a coop stage to bully a gel for badges. Gels will pop up in story missions too that drop badges.

Including her in the party will provide a girl link bonus to everything. Sadly, drop bonus girl link today is 1st year loli squad, so you can't stack them.

Against my better judgement I used 75 gems on Yuri gacha. I at least had enough self control to not go below 500 this time

- Max luck for characters is 50 (A), 70 (S/SS) and 100 (Z/any ^ regardless of class). Which still seems idiotic when average team luck determines drops and the "big" thresholds are 80 and 100.

- The dreaded "re-recoding" has been confirmed to be a thing. Now you can recode characters again even after doing so once, raising the luck of your already exisiting recode by +5, plus 100% of the original characters luck, +20% of each of the monster component's luck.
- There will be two new separate Pacts (Adventurers & Monsters) that basically work like the previous ones but grant Luck boosts instead of Skill boosts. The Pact of Truth will still remain a thing on its own and will remove units from the pool that are already at 100%SB. You won't get any Luck boosts there though. If you roll on the new Pacts, dupes will get Luck boosts, but no SB boosts. Likewise, units at their capped Luck will be removed from the pool.
- MW trashed that stupid system for now, where units at max luck can gain permanent stat boosts through even more dupes/luck gain. Something like that may instead come through events and will be totally unrelated to luck.
- Some large drop sheets for the upcoming Bahamut^ descend and the already existing PDK, showing the full terror of the luck system with all the stuff that won't be obtainable until after months of Luck grind.
- Supposedly Sakaguchi also hinted at 4.2. possibly not releasing next week, but in the last week of August. Fuckers.

Blood who damages themselves early, but heals later ends up actually making it easier for sword generally. All their best healing cards are generally later game and they'll usually plop sweetfang down early for presence if they have it. Alucard is super annoying, but he only comes out on turn 7. Blood players who play Dire Bond need to realize they don't need it against face sword. Card advantage is practically guaranteed against them.

I usually go unranked for funsies and I play with a friend when we have time. I understand that feel though, most times I do my dailies with Swordcraft because games are much faster, less frustrating and if you lose, you didn't spend 30 minutes doing mental gymnastics.

The hardest part of being midrange or control is you get that false hope that you can still swing the game around after 2-3 turns of passing.

HavenWard+Satan seems to be countered decently by Dragoncraft. In my experience I get to the bigger creatures earlier, remove the silly wards with fanfare/evolve damage or Storm. DC also has an interesting filter system drawing 2 cards-discarding 1 or nabbing a high cost creature.

Tsubaki is ok, some comparison with Shadowcraft's Pluto, good anti-control card but only if you're going for a slower Swordcraft.

If you want to hit a good volley, you need to get very close to the net and flick sideways. This way your volley will come in at a very sharp angle with usually results in winning the point. If you don't get close the net or don't time it well, then it hits back straight at the opponent which is not good news for you. I think it's easier to hit the sideways volley if you have high technique.

The key of course is to not go to the net all the time, but to time it where your opponent is not expecting it or against someone who slices a lot. If they are not in a good hitting position, the lobs they hit might not be very deep, and sets up easy smashes when you know they are coming. It's also a great practice for playing doubles.

Also, you can try to see their tendencies: some players tends to hit cross-court all the time, and others likes to go down the line on specific shots. I have mixed feelings about Satan, Dimension Shift, and to a lesser degree Purgatory. They are cool cards, but I feel like effectively hardcapping the game at ~15 turns (even if it's a lot compared to serious Magic and Hearthstone) takes something away from the game. Hopefully the next card set will introduce some more open card synergies (stuff like Urd or Atomy) to incentivize fun combo-based midrange decks.

Animated Bronze is peanuts. Silver will get you somewhere(250 vials so 1 silver and 1 bronze iirc). Not a fan of the legendaries, only Ancient Elf and Lucifer(free from the tutorial) are almost "must-haves". Tsubaki was discussed earlier, 2 A-Commands is nice too.

Keep if you want midrange Sword. Would reroll for a specific craft legendaries or keep if scattered legendaries at 5+.

Not sure what money they would really have. The game has extraordinarily little incentive to whale and events, usually a main driver of whaling are non-existent despite the fact all they have to do is port them over from the original.

The descriptions are a little vague since the game is very new and raw. Most crafts have the resources to execute the basic strategies of aggro, midrange and control but some do one better than the other. Sword and Forest are generally best for new players because of their swarm aspects and constant board presence. They're also fairly cheap to build. If you roll an Otohime or Rose Queen you can go with either craft.

Earth Rite Runecraft is probably the next easiest and possibly cheaper since you don't need any legendaries to get it off the ground but takes a couple of games to get the hang of Earth Rite cards as a whole. It's not early game aggressive but has solid midgame plays.

Anyone with decent stat can do it. It is really about your execution rather than stats. Speed types are good, and techniques gives you a wider hit box which is good for getting to passing shots. You can even serve and volley with a serve type.

You are going to suck in the beginning as I have, but once you get the timing of volley hits down and know how far you need to move back to smash lobs, matches become many times more entertaining.
