So I recently homebrewed my 3DS, and now that I have the ability to snag as much free DLC as I want I'm coming back to a few games, Fire Emblem included. I've beaten Awakening on Hard and was on the last few chapters of Lunatic before I lost interest, and the only DLC I've played is the three maps in the grinding pack, so there's a lot of content left. For Fates, I beat Birthright on Normal as a casual, marry-who-I-want run and am on Chapter 10 of Nohr on Hard. My current Nohr run is No DLC though, so I'd have to finish my playthrough before playing the True Route/DLC afterward. Which game should I play first?

Just a FYI, the Revelations route currently has a major glitch where at a certain mission you will be stuck and unable to progress due to the game crashing.

That being said, I considered Fates a lot more true to the original spirit of FE (however little it had). Stick to the Nohr for hard mode, Hoshido for casual, and Revelations for a good mix.

I started coming up with ideas for kids for the characters that don't have any. Here's one (they'd be older than the other children, and prepromotes like their parents):

Nami (Starting class: Basara)
Izana's daughter. Cares very little about how others view her (with the exception of her father), and also has very messy hair.
Personal skill: Carefree. When not paired up, deals +2 damage.
