i like her monolith, but i have to build weird to get it to work, but its not bad backup with ra though. is her ult global? it just seems to go off and im not sure if my mates are benefiting.

i go whatever def i need (P vs M) then that item that buffs when i heal, and whatever i can to raise hp and that item that gives 3% to Magic for total hp and maybe that staff that costs 3320. takes a while to build though. i can tank shit tons of damage if im on the monolith too.

You're wrong too. The heal is the biggest heal in the game, and basically automatically wins duels if you slap it on your hunter in lane. It's also the best lane clear of any guardian, period. You can clear a full wave with just the minolith and the dash if you need to hold lane alone. Slap a gem of Iso on her and its a 7 second slow when you pop monolith, too. That makes your stun really easy to confirm, especially that the middle area slows before the walls collapse. On top of all that her basics slow too. She can hold you down forever, and make her team never die.

Yeah, becauae she doesn't deal any good damage at all. She can't kill on her own, her main strength is as a support in the laning phase where her presence basically means you automatically win lane. In solo she can clear and not die, but she lacks any ability to push a tanky warrior out of lane, or get any kills, or put them behind at all.

You want to clear lane then you risk the heal for your hunter, she may have the best guardian clear, but that doesn't mean the enemy hunter isnt better at clearing than yours in combo with their support.

Use monolith for clear and you have no heal, without it you have no clear.

Her heal is also stationary, in a perfect scenario your team is in a position to stick near that area. In reality, teamfights are always moving, and so her heal becomes no more better than Sylvanus's.

Gem of iso is at best something you'll buy later in the game, or maybe not at all, which again, is not practical.

The only reliable thing about her kit is her ultimate, and because of how bloated it is, means she'll always be decent.


This upcoming patch fixes her clunkiness on the 2, which is a good start, but doesn't really solve her main issue.

The enemy hunter and support isn't better at clearing, period. I dont care if they have an Isis support and an AMC hunter, Terra let's you out clear and win lane. Here's how, since you can't figure it out.
Step 1, fucking walk down the lane. Just do it, you might get poked but not without being able to poke back. Step 2, lay down that heal on their side of the lane. Do this as minions are getting to the T1 tower. They might try to shoot in-hands or poke but again, you poke back and you have the heal on you so you always win these trades. Step 3, pop that heal bitch, it's been on the ground for 9.5 seconds, and now you're clearing with it. Now the enemy has to deal with your pressure and also a minion wave at the same time, with no wave of their own. Before you say it, yes Terra can ensure that you completely clear their wave before yours shows up. Now that that's all done, your heal is on a 3 second cooldown, or 1.2 seconds if you have CDR boots by now. So Step 4, drop that bitch again and stay healed while you maintain pressure. You have 30 seconds until minions arrive again so you have time for two heals every wave. Step 5 is simple, repeat steps 2-4 until the enemy kills themself in tribute. Absolutely no support at all can contest with a Terra in lane, end of discussion.

The heal being stationary is a GOOD thing for her. Its huge area denial. Dropping monolith says "if you fight here, you lose. You are not allowed to fight here." If you can't see how useful that is then I don't have the time to explain basic shit. It's also crazy good for times when they don't have a choice if they can fight there or somewhere else, like under their tower/phoenix. It's also a stellar way to defend your own.
