Contrary to what some of the ST'ers say, WGing almost never takes our recommendations. They pretty much just look at our stats and make their decisions off of that. I think they only ever took one of my suggestions and put it on live.

That video sums up most of the problems of the DK, but I'll add 1 more that I didnt here him mention; the traverse range is low, so trying to fire over the shoulder is very hard to do, which means you really do have to play bow on only, which would be fine at higher tiers, but at lower tiers players are more aggressive so you find yourself being torp bait far more often.

NA is better if you want to division with fellow /wowsg/'s. Contrary to popular belief based on the general, the /vg/ channel is pretty chill and doesn't reflect the amount of shitposting that goes on the thread.

Its pretty aweful. Out of all the prems I tested (and I think I've owned all of them at some point, like I never tested the Warspite but I bought it myself) I'd rank it close to the bottom. Scharn isn't terrible, its good if used properly (although that same excuse can be rendered on anything), the problem is its tier, people are gona try to snipe with it, and its really awful at that job. The bitching over "Buff dispersion NOAW" is right around the corner, mark my words. The ROF is great, 20 sec reload. Changing shells on it the way you do on a CA is vital. I dont agree with the citpen on CA issue. Maybe its my luck but I find myself in positions where the enemy shows its sides more often than others I guess so I didnt find my shells bouncing on CA's very often. THey are worthless against anything but point blank on BB's, thats true, but I dont accept the premise of the useless ability on CA's. That was not my experience.

If they made the bullet mechanics realistic, they'd have to uncompressed the ranges (since most ships were VERY heavily damaged by 1 penetrating hit) whch in turn would result in shell flight times in the minutes at max range and hit percentages in the single to low double digits. I dont like the overpen, they happen far too often (like an overpen on a bb should be impossible, bounce it, dont pen, or do damage, overpen is quite ridiculous and dont give me All-or-nothing, look at the SD which did NOT suffer overpens, it just wasnt sunk by gunfire, but they exploded inside unimportant areas)

The ship classes are well differentiated and balanced (though aircraft carrier population is kind of low, which tips things slightly; if any tree is potentially OP, it's RU cruisers).
