I still haven't seen any proof of bots actually running the 130 dungeon, it's more likely that it's an issue with the PvP arenas clogging up instances. The issue is less apparent / non existing the days after a patch and it just gets progressively worse, no reason why bots would exhibit this behavior.

Playing on a really shitty comp. I get 16 (average) fps in a town in a low populated channel. In dungeons, the fps drops to 4 when people are attacking shit with numbers flying all over the place. You don't need SPR, and hexing is okay at level 10, i think its a must at least at level 10 now about PD, pandemic at that level is okay too and honestly your build look like a pvp build so mackangdal and Safety Zone is a beast in pvp you can be inmortal with that combo and kill everyone in pvp consider maybe to get more levels for mackangdal.

I seem mostly Quarrel Shooter Reiters but none of them will tell me why its good. One in a dungeon party told me he went QS3 because Reiter abilities suck which seems like a dumb reason to me.

I mostly want something to farm items and maybe 130 with. Or would I be better off with a corsair3 for Jolly Roger or a thaum or something?

Most Alchemists basically want to make themselves into useful supports since they'll have shit DPS. With only the lower ranks to work with your main choices for being a support whore are Linker or Thaumaturge. I believe PyroThaum is the most popular one, but it almost doesn't matter, really.
