Chroma reaches 99%+ DR. Wukong is literally invincible. Even Mesa has 95% DR. And all of those tank abilities are significantly easier to use and maintain than SotD.

At the end of the day, how good is pure survivability? Wukong is literally the best tank in the game, and I only gave him a B because survivability (arguably) isn't that important in Warframe. SotD doesn't provide anything to your team except a few more bodies to draw aggro.

In any other game 90% DR would be insane, but this is Warframe.

More than likely a typo and its supposed to have 150 base, not 250, but DE has known to go full retard with weapon stats. Just look at the Spira Prime. Its leaked stats were WORSE than regular Spira's, and everyone made sure DE knew that. It is. Capping it at 7 makes the shadows useless as meat shields, and the hp drain makes them needlessly squishy unless you build a lot of duration.

The HP drain was a shit addition (apparently it was too OP without drain), but it's actually no different from before when Shadows required duration. The prioritization of stronger units and, most importantly, the ability to finally fucking recast SotD more than make up for anything else.
