Hello everyone!

We (a bunch of regulars and ex regulars) are organizing a /lisg/ sings. The song we are going to be singing is Glass walls.
As you may know the song has male and female parts. You can either do both or pick one.

>How do I record this?
Use Audacity or something, there are plenty of programs that do this. If you don’t have a mic just use your phone.
Try singing the whole song in 1 go, you can leave out the male or female part depending on which you do. This makes it easier to edit. If you want to do both just record it twice.
Make sure it is JUST YOUR VOICE. No song in the background.

A good glimpse into the beauty of Chloe and a confirmation of who she is when you see the similarities and differences across versions of the timeline.
The alt timeline was the result of Max trying to make Chloe's life better. And she did.
Considering the extreme different state of mind Chloe is in the bathroom when she dies (Before Max rewinds it) and between when she's in her bedroom with Max. Alt Chloe had a short life, but overall she was happy because she had people she loved stay with her. It was sad, but also beautiful.

Although I am glad Max undid those changes. Even if it means Chloe had to suffer getting hurt for five years, it gives her a chance at happiness long into the future.

Latest chapter of I Know Life is Strange. I really wish this was what came after the game, getting to go back and redo the week with all the knowledge.

Max told Chloe about the other timeline, but Chloe took it well. The flashback with Rachel was neat too. Catboiler really nailed the characters in this, they feel realistic and act like how I would expect once given the full knowledge of things. Especially Chloe, she's a lot more mellowed out after learning the truth about Max, Rachel, and now William.
I think if more signs of the storm start appearing then Max, Chloe, Kate, and Victoria will turn their attention to warning people. And just let David handle Jefferson.

But I can't see it being something that Max would enjoy at all. The rape scenes are particularly brutal, as you say.
Ultimately it's just Divine inserting some of his film buff knowledge into the dialogue as a bit of a joke.

I see what they were trying to do with him, but since you don't see the side characters for very long they could not be fully developed. And with the scene where he potentially beats Nathan to a pulp, it shows he has a violent side that can be brought up when pushed. The problem is that the game flip-flops on whether to treat him this way, even giving him the foundations of an interesting character arc re: beating up Nathan, or instead treating him as some kind of adorable wonder boy that Max owes all this affection to.

He's also the alternative "romance" in a game with an exceptionally well-loved, carefully developed romance between the two main characters, which some people might does nothing but cheapen Max and Chloe's story. (It wouldn't, if she clearly turned him down in favour of Chloe, but the devs decided to make it ambiguously possible for Warren to 'win' the girl, no matter how much evidence is stacked against it.)

They also unfortunately decided to lump the most significant bit of retarded, illogical plot info dumping onto him in the diner.

Awful. That was Max's biggest fear, that she is not good enough for Chloe.
Not "mature" (sexual) enough, not tough enough, not smart enough. Max's biggest shortcoming was her self-doubt.
That being said, that same nightmare also alleviated those fears because she realized she her lack of those traits were either incorrect or made up for by her other qualities. She realized that she IS good enough for Chloe in every way, and it's a vision of Chloe that ultimately releases her from the grasp of the nightmare.
The latter half of the nightmare is honestly one of my favorite parts of the game for that reason.

You let Chloe finish her smoke, then pack up the truck and get ready to leave. Chloe is silent nearly the entire time. You can tell she's apprehensive. You walk up and hug her from behind.

You can't help the feeling of dread as you see road signs warning you of your approach to Arcadia Bay. 60 miles. 50 miles. 25. 10. Next Exit. You're nearly there. You notice a thick overcast blanket has blocked out the sky, draping the land in a grey tinge. Did you really have to be this cliche, nature? Come on. Anticipation comes to a head as you round the final turn, and Arcadia Bay comes into view. Or, what's left of it. While many buildings seemed intact when you left, most are completely gone now, you assume demolished by safety crews due to severe damage. Construction and rescue vehicles swarm all over town like ants, and you notice a small aid camp has been set up in the parking lot where the diner used to be. You reach over and take Chloe's hand, for her comfort, and your own. Your arrival in the town attracts some attention, mainly just rescue workers who quickly return to their business. You park by the remains of the gas station, the truck's wheels bumping over the deep trenches dug by the gas station's roof being dragged across the pavement. Chloe shuts the truck off, and you get out into Arcadia Bay for what feels like the first time in weeks.

I'd say it had more to do with Max leaving. William's death obviously changed her, but Max leaving and not contacting her was an even bigger blow. William was gone entirely, Max was still there but chose not to call or visit. To be fair neither did Chloe so both of them are to blame on that.
Then there was Rachel, the one thing Chloe thought she had in life and she too disappeared one day after promising not to.
I really cannot fault Chloe for developing that kind of attitude and wanting someone to latch on to. Even though at the start of the game it's a little too much.

I don't know if Max leaving had that great an effect but we can know for sure that Rachel's disappearance had a great impact on her.

However, her clingy episodes had already begun before Rachel even disappeared as we can tell from Chloe probing about Rachel's and Frank's relationship so I would chalk all these down to William's premature death.

Of course. Max left her room door open in her haste the last time she left with Chloe. Stella was in her own room doing work during the storm, walked outside to see who was around, saw Max's door was open, peeked in, and took Alice and Lisa into her room to watch while the storm blew over. The dorms are very sturdy brick buildings that are far inland.
When Kate and her family stop by Blackwell they can collect Alice and possibly Lisa if Max is up in Seattle or elsewhere.

I bet the Dark Room was inspired by Martin Vanger's torture chamber in the Swedish movie "Män som hatar kvinnor". The main character is tied up by the villain, and his partner sneaks up on the villain and bashes him in the skull with a golf club. I guess Dontnod didn't want to rip off the scene completely and had David intervene instead of Chloe.
