Hey guys, how do I run the game in openGL now that the launcher is gone?

32-bit runs like shit, 64-bit has screen tearing, my only hope now is to try openGL. but I can't find any information on how to do it now that 1.0 is out.

The first time I played yes. Now I know what kinds of materials to hang on to for good a s s t h i c c s later. Sandstone and clay stand out, and obviously wood and vines which you should probably be hanging on to anyway for their multitude of uses. Paint upgrade on the matter manipulator can help a bit and it's really cheap.

Don't try to start by building a city or something, usually one of the first things I do when I start a new game is build a cozy cottage near where I want to set up my base. You can still be creative and make really nice looking shit, but save super large-scale things (which are harder to get to look good unless they're a collection of smaller things anyway) for later on when you have found a lot of different materials. On a related note, I typically leave my ship alone until its size is maxed, since otherwise I'd have to change the layout constantly as it grew.

Not even close. It's also almost entirely lore that was replaced in the last couple of patches, racial weapons that were just reskins of the basic weapon types and a few unique weapons that were really shitty compared to the new ones (though they should have been reworked rather than cut).

There are some outstanding examples of things that shouldn't have been cut or that weren't significant but it's still puzzling that they were cut, like some biomes, holiday "events" and platinum ore.

I know about the second bar, but I'm honestly just wondering why they need to have the 6 weapons to be accessed quickly to begin with. If they can use medical items and food from the inventory, why not just put the weapons in your inventory and access them as you need them? The combat in this game is pretty piss easy, I've never even really carried 6 weapons in my inventory at once unless I looted them.

This link goes into better detail, but for the sake of this rundown we're gonna focus on recoloring items. Basically, you'll be using this a lot:
"?replace;AAAAAA=BBBBBB;XXXXXX=YYYYYY"
Those As and Bs and Xs and Ys will need to be Hex Values. First values (As and Xs) are going to be what you wanna replace, and the second values (Bs and Ys) are going to be what you wanna replace them with. To get the first values, run the Asset Unpacker, root around in the items subfolders until you find what you want to recolor, and then pop that shit open in Photoshop and get busy with the eyedropper. If you've only got Paint, you can feed your RGBs into colorpicker.com and it'll spit out Hex for you.

Well, for weapons, you'll be doing something like this:

For Armor, you'll need a directive:
