Well Cirno loads like shit on mobile, and I don't memorize shit so well. Chiron and Scat both have their Wisdom skills at A+ rank and it allows them to have every skill at B-A rank. Edmond's Wisdom skill is at A so it probably grants him the ability to perform every skill at B rank. We have to wait until the character materials are out to confirm that though.

Sigurd is almost certainly going to get "Wisdom of the Dragon" as that's specifically what he got in his legend after eating Fafnir's heart.

The character is the most important, because you can make almost any servant shine if you really want to. The stats don't matter. However, this started with me calling this a bait gacha because of Tamamo having shit stats. That's because Tamamo has no redeeming factors in her character. Her character is bait itself, given a waifu form.
Stars is second because if it's silver it's not worth rolling and to instead just wait for them to be added to the FP gacha, or you'll get them eventually through quartz rolls you make for other servants or CEs.
Stats is last because if the servant has a shit character or is a gold, they should at least have something to make them stand out from the actually likeable servants.
