So I ended up just coming out of a game with some of my far lower ranked friends... we lost. R66.

Our Reinhardt and Zen kept pushing way way way too far forward, and the Zen would always slack on applying Discord. He would put it on a target he was firing on, sometimes kill the target, then forget to reapply.

Are these numbers any decent?

Oh, and in G2 when I was playing McCree, their Reaper called me a hacker. I wish I had a cap of it, it was the first time anybody ever said that to me. It felt like I was validated. Even though I honestly should have swapped back to Reaper, I only started off as McCree because I expected offensive Pharah.

How would you even balance Mercy? It seems like with every other hero, she's either too gamechanging or deadweight.
Personally, I say she should be able to give debuffs to enemies if she tags them with her staff's lasers. Healing is 30dps alongside a vulnerability to oncoming damage for as long as she's connected (ends three seconds after she stops connecting), while damage gives a penalty to damage that increases for as long as she stays with you (reverts back three seconds after the disconnect).
Then again, all it would mean is that Mercy is at the top of everyone's shitlist so perhaps it wouldn't help at all.

Defense matrix is how she gets close to the turret. It does the same amount of dps as winston while not a lot it is a good distraction. As for Dva countering torb himself its not a 1v1 game I am in the group with my team getting scrap and giving armor my turret off on the side distracting and doing damage. Take your pick and witch one you want to attack. I get torb isn't the best for top 1% of play and when I get there if I get there I will stop using him, but at rank 59 witch is pretty high considering the rating is fucked he is fun to play and a good pick on defense for some maps and can easily distract and hold a team.

Explain how? Lucio's changes forces him to be smarter with his Amp, instead of just passively being useful. Zenyatta's ult charges way too quickly compared to Sound Barrier, despite being significantly better. And a good Genji will have a Dragonblade every 60 seconds, which is completely unacceptable for the strength of that ult. Plus changing it so he only gets dashes from killing blows makes his initiations require more thought instead of just getting lucky with an elimination and flying away.
