I only have one solution and it's for Symmetra. I think the teleporter should be changed from a physical object to an active point which is her location. So that in order to remove her teleporting ability you must kill her. It would stop genjis from just double jumping past her completely and making her worthless.

If Winston's ultimate is only used to be obnoxious and to save yourself to contest points longer then is there a good reason why he shouldn't charge that shit super fast?

Like imagine for a second he had a stupid fast charge rate on his ultimate. Like pre-nerf mercy tier every thirty seconds he can chimp out.

Nano boost is a joke. 9/10 times people just move out of the way, push the boosted person back, or the boosted person panics and drops their spaghetti. Most of the time I just ignore the Nano Boost when I hear it because it does nothing. It's not a team-wiping ult like Reaper, Zarya or Pharah.

Winston is completely trash but he happens to check on of the strongest heroes in the game right now and no one else can do that atm so he still gets picked. He requires a retarded amount of support because he's so impotent to do anything meaningful EXCEPT check Genji.

If you don't have a Zenyatta keeping you harmony pocketed and discording your targets you're worthless.

A good Genji can lone wolf and roll over your ass unless you have support.

No one appreciates a good Genji. I'm never appreciated for my good DPS, distraction, spawncamping healers half the game, etc.

If a Mercy or Reaper press Q they get the praise. If I get a triple without ulting and get away with <10 health no one gives a shit. If you get like 6k reflection damage you get no love.

The point I was trying to make is that for the vast majority of playerbase Winston is a worthless pick because of the amount of support he needs to do anything, and because he serves as a counterpick rather than a pick on the strength of his class alone.

Genji is A tier because he kills everything and can get anywhere.

Winston is A tier because Genji is A tier. Winston exists to keep Genji from shitting on your team. Winston doesn't shit on anything.

i just don't think that you can actually carry in this game
i really like playing with my friends, they are generally great company and we often find ourselves laughing our ass off but god damn they play like shit
it's just tiring to see myself playing as Zarya/Zenyatta and ended up seeing myself alone on the objective while everyone scatters everywhere doing nothing and dies
can you actually finish a match with only 2 or 3 actual good players? there's only one other guy from my usual group who's actually decent at McCree but it's really hard to keep up with the other 3 or 4 liabilities

Whenever I play Lucio, my main goal is staying alive. My team's well-being is #2. According to Overbuff I have an unusually low amount of deaths for Lucio in ranked. Positioning is key. There's almost no depth in playing him but you have to move your ass as soon as an enemy flanker gets tunnel vision on you. Always have an escape plan when Mr. Pro Genji starts his epic flowchart.

For zenyatta, I like getting high ground for defending points. Also consider changing your keybinds since Orb of Discord and Orb of Harmony are skills you want to spam as much as possible; I have harmony bound to Mouse 4 for example.
