i find it good for finishing off soldiers. If you sneak up behind them and pop 1 or 2 meatshots into them you can get some distance and finish them off with the bonus damage of the winger. It isn't particularly good for random scoutfights though which is it's drawback.

Honestly i think it's perfectly balanced as is, more mobility at the cost of less firepower, but knowing valve's love for statistics i can see it being nerfed like the chlaiedehrehae-mohearh

well mostly because it came out before comp was even being considered. The wide spread and limited clip makes it a bad weapon in most cases, considering the most popular maps are koth and pl maps which are linear and have very limited flank routes. It's incredibly hard to get behind the enemy and attack without getting capped in the ass yourself.

Now in 6's on the other hand it's the most op fucking weapon ever. Meds will unusually hang back to avoid focus fire which is the perfect opportunity to flank behind and get a solid meatshot in and then fall back.

If you're a decent scout you can potentially flank behind and easily take out an entire team with the back scatter. The buff on the crit a cola doesn't nearly last long enough for that although i will admit it is still OP.

bullet spread on the back scatter isn't really a downside either if you're doing meatshots and the only thing you're going to be doing worse than with stock is front on damage due to the reduced clip, and to be honest if you're running directly into the enemy when attacking as scout you aren't a very good scout.

not particularly. The back scatter (from my experience in valve comp) is best used with the element of surprise. If you catch your enemy off guard you can easily take out a medic and his pocket without taking any damage yourself. Jumping directly over enemies could work if you get enough height but most skilled players will notice you and turn around which is what you want to avoid. Flanking routes for scout aren't even that big of an issue either since it only takes an extra 3-5 seconds to get around and behind to dish out insane damage.

I dunno man i can get pretty ridiculously high damage numbers from mid range if i hit the back. Consistently doing 80-100 damage from mid range is pretty scary even if you have a limited clip

It isn't bad per se for one on one fights but you do have a wider spread and limited clip. If you do get in a 1 on 1 confrontation then you'll have to get closer to do more damage due and make sure you land your shots but other than that it's still perfectly usable as a 1 on 1 weapon

Basically, it blocks ads by blocking the URL they try to use. It seems to work for Skial servers: I have MOTD's enabled, and I don't see ads when playing on their servers. As a bonus, it will block ads in your browser, if you're not already using an ad blocker.

If you don't want to fuck around with the hosts file or use TinyWall, you can use the built-in firewall.
On 7, Control Panel > View By (top right) > Large Icons > Windows Firewall > Advanced Settings > Outbound Rules > New Rule, then just follow the wizard. You may need to restart to apply the changes.
On 10, you can right-click start button > Control Panel, then it's the same as above.

My last 4 wins just got taken from me by people leaving at the last minute.

Issues:
* Rank 1's don't give a fuck if they lose rank progress for losses
* Instant abandons means winable games are being forfeit
* Even at rank 7, you still get queued in rank 1's because of the lack of skill based rating

Solutions:
* Hard ban on joining TF2 servers if you abandon - you must complete 3 games with other abandoners. If anyone abandons the game is forfeit and you remain stuck in the shit queue.
* Grace period on abandons so the game can't be forfeited instantly - a few minutes maybe
