Orion only got such a slow warm-up because there were other issues everyone was nitpicking with her. Her art, her tits, the fact that we call her a her when it's a he - and he's a bear and that's kinda dumb.

It's more of an issue with Lancer because she spams her NP a lot, lot more than any other seibah. Seriously, people try to pass it as "oh she just has good NP gen" but a third of NP bar for a non-critting quick is absolutely massive. So if you can use Mana Burst only once every three NP or so it's going to be a problem.
