The problem with questing hub to questing hub questing where everything is well set up is that it doesn't feel like you're making your own adventure, just going through the one Blizzard designed for you. It's definitely possible to do Vanilla style questing where you're out on your own in the world without making it grindy.
Wod had great questing, but at the end of the day you're either just killing shit or right clicking shit no matter how it's set up.

Servers have always by me be seen as US, EU, Oceanic and ect.

Realms are specific within those servers, and then certain realms are specific for certain regions as part of those servers.

Which has their own realms such as Aerie Peak- OC for example, and potentially different regions if you include New Zealand or Singapore and ect.

I always thought the universal way it was done was you had servers which are distinct to continents basically, realms within these continent servers, and regions which attach to these realms within continent servers as well.
