Something else I just thought of, and this is just a suggestion:
Make the folder ManfredEvil, copy everything from the base Manfred folder into it except for the zoom, then add all the evil animations. Since you have transformations, it wouldn't make sense to not have any base Manfred emotes, and it's extremely unwieldy to iniswap in the middle of a case.
You might also want to have the base Manfred zoom in it, but not be the default zoom, though it would have the bench in front of him
Or just add the evil animations to Manfred's default folder, and have the desk in front of his evil zoom

A lot of things. For starters, 90% of the game is spent by saying "WHO AM I PLAYING AGAINST", it doesn't even make sense that you can choose who you are playing against, it'd be much better to have a random system.

Then you have the roles. There is a problem when you have 4 espers that can message anyone because then you have 4 out of 9 players that are 100% proven to be innocent. You can honestly just make everyone role claim, espers can prove who they are easily, the myrmidon will be forced to pick snail/jailer/whatever which is not a problem since zero can give a knife to anyone, ask that person to kill one of the two that are claiming, then zero himself kills the other one left if they killed the wrong person. Meaning the myrmidon has no chance to survive past the first game.

Jailer is completely useless.

Zero is not seen as an enemy by other players for some reason. He should if anything be as dangerous as the Myrmidon.

In order for people to have an actual objective instead of "just get 9 BP", they should have a common objective. For example: If the myrmidon is still alive by the end of the game, everyone loses. That way they will actually have to ally instead of screwing each other up with betrays.

Killing Myrmidon and Zero should be an auto-win for everyone since the rest of the game would be a series of boring games.

There are people literally advocating shitpoting in area 3 right now, Noise Gato and Meme. However if you play AO, you'll easily get spoiled on AJ, AAI, and AAI2 within a day.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think it has to do with how Phoenix originally wasn't supposed to be in AJ. Capcom got Takumi to add him in after the original script was finished, and that's probably when they started work on the sprites. When Takumi finalized the script, and what Phoenix was supposed to do (such as, him going in court against Klavier in Case 4), they probably didn't have enough time to make a new set of court sprites.
