Covetor and Hulk will be ganked 100% regardless of tank.
Retriever and Mackinaw may survive if properly tanked and are in high enough security.
Procurer and Skiff have a very low chance of being ganked even if moderately tanked.

I dualbox two catalysts with 750 DPS each.
In pre-pulled 0.5 system Concord reaction time is 24 seconds.
So, I can dish out about 36K damage before Concord shuts me down.
If your EHP is more than 32K vs therm+kinetic, I will not touch you.
P.S. Yes, I scan my targets before ganking, so I will know your EHP before I commit to gank.

Pretty decent summary of the lore behind the game itself. It however, doesn't really include very recent events like Jita or major player wars.

From what I can tell though, Jita 4-4 was a major mission hub back in the day with a lot of agents there, so people always sell their loot there and traders would come to sell ammo and equipment there. It then built up from there and eventually CCP removed the agents and belts from the system and it became THE trade hub of the game alongside the other ones like Amarr and Dodixie.

the tormentor isn't a drone boat. It'd get it because it fills the role of a scramkite/kite ship that would benefit from it most

the punisher would hardly benefit from the optimal bonus since it doesn't have any ability to fucking move at all, thats completely against its role, it'd be better with a tracking bonus.

Sniper corms are just flat out better for their performance even if they cost more.

BNI and Test tried Missile corms but they all got smacked when they ever got under 50km from a target because drones, long range ammo, tons of different shit made that fleet so stupidly viable.

Sniper corms are out of cruiser targeting ranges and apply beautifully. The DPS is also way higher so you're putting out more damage in the time it takes you to get your alpha off. Its also instant damage instead of waiting for missiles to hit their mark

Just started out Caldari FW as a solo shitter in the NPC militia. Currently roaming around Black Rise looking for other loners to fight, getting btfo most of the time.

Currently I'm flying a rocket kestrel and trying to minmax the shit out of it (pic related).

Initially I started out with two launcher rigs, but CPU limitations forced me to use a T1 DC and Shield extender with them. By swapping a launcher rig with cpu + shield extender ones I can fit a t2 medium extender and dcu, losing 12 dps and gaining 2k ehp in the process.

Which option is better? 12 dps or 2k ehp?

examples: oruze cruise has only accepted one pilot from all-out (who used to be a director). team pizza has only accepted one pilot from all-out (who used to be top scanner and scout).

Thats the problem, the corms will generate MORE alpha before you even get a second cycle off.

Your range is 50% less, your actual damage is 70% less. sure I have a third the raw alpha you have but my guns cycle upwards of 3 times faster when you factor in your missile travel time which means I'm getting off more alpha than you think.

So yes a fleet of corms for 9m a pop that have 70% more DPS, 50% more range and have a wider engagement profile and less risk associated is totally worth the 7 more million than your talwars.

The talwar is cap stable so MWD's always on, missiles can haze anything within 107km the same way the corax does. The application isn't such an issue to the point that even if it was a dinky 10 man gang and assuming its only that they have more than enough to beat the shit out of anything getting close. Because they're constantly burning nothing will land on them at zero with probes. Even if there was an application issue, a precision script only loses the destroyers 10km and gains them 13% to explosion velocity and radius if they really needed to because a malediction chasing at its maximum speed probably isn't aligning to anything and if it slows down at all it'll get popped. So the malediction takes a risk of either warping off to something risking losing speed and getting popped or it stays in pursuit and gets popped in 1-2 cycles.

It is harder for me for many reasons:
1. I need to use probes.
2. Noctis can be tanked to survive 2 catalysts even in 0.5 system
3. salvager is almost never AFK
4. I cannot use ship scanner. The mark will notice me, and will warp off.
5. I cannot use acceleration gates, coz my gank toons are -10.0

At the same time, all this makes hunting more fun :)

Once in a while you get military grade tears from some blingy marauder missioner

so we reduce the firetime by 25% from 1 second to .75
