Arturia was scorching the landscape and that's justified, she wasn't planning on anything outside the city walls surviving anyway, but Ozzy's alternative was just a sterile desert where nobody but monsters live and they'd all try to kill you in case the magical sandstorm didn't kill you first. Bride has a single target NP and the NP gain to spam it, especially on a good arts team. She also functions as a support, her skills are great.

Tamamo helps make some of the best arts teams, is used in a bunch of raid team setups, and has the unique ability to reduce skill cooldown. They also consider some unusual team configurations people here don't seem to like crit teams not just with arts servants but with some like Jack, she works with more than just Vlad and Waver. Fox's Wedding is also useful for just the NP gain in some setups, it's a more useful skill than people give it credit for.

I think Drake's problems listed there are basically just that she has an AoE NP which limits her in some cases, is a crit generator but hogs up all the stars for herself, and she only has one quick so she doesn't work as well with quick teams. She's still ranked highly.
