I've had some pubs that have managed to do that but fuck the cars that spawn during Double's 4 sweep..

I don't like having them follow me and either make me do two of these:

1. Parry Double's first sweep but they explode near me so I get panic, making further parrying a bitch to do.

Those are pretty odd stats. Don't think you can get them on 4s without doing something expensive like astral or noble and if you were to go 5s you'd generally want something better than 100/10.

Nothing on here is hard to use, it's all standard combine 3 for a high chance to transfer. Fevers are 100% transfer with only one fodder. Till the Soul is Toh'oh soul + Other qualifying soul. Off the top of my head I only know Quartz and Fang soul qualify.

It would be in your best interest to learn this for yourself. If you don't understand how an affix works than go ahead and ask but you shouldn't make it a habit to always come here for an affix list. Especially considering the best fodders depends on the market.

Qualifying would would be any "boss" soul from a free field, mini-bosses don't count.
For that specific setup I'd recommend using Vardha, it's easy to farm high slot units and it boosts shoot and spirita.

iirc X the Soul is Toh'oh + any free field boss soul (as in the area 3 boss).
Also there's stuff like which souls boost what affixes (hovering over the right hand column next to the soul name will tell you), includes special things like modulator and vinculum.
Then there's soul receptor (100% affix rate on any soul) and gift receptor (same but for lucky rise/exp boost/meseta boost).
Mutation II is also a thing, you use it to synth stat IIIs into stat IVs at a decent rate. You need 3 Stat IIIs to do it at max %.
Also there's the affix rates for upslotting, but trial and error will tell you that in the sim.

As a "fully geared" TE/BR I do about 10% less per Ragrants as I do with a decent, albeit hastily put together light FO/TE setup, but as a FO/TE you don't have other methods of attacking than shitting out techniques so it's kind of balanced in a way.

Not true, Nox NT rod is as strong as ares rod due to its base power/potential and Nox NT DS is only like 2% weaker than ares DS (and both outdamage austere on aberrations with ult buster affixed). There are weapons with stronger potentials than nox NT rod too, so it's definitely possible that a crafted 11* or 12* could end up being as strong as or stronger than austere if you could increase its base atk 10 13* levels via crafting.
