Nice bait. To seriously respond the best game is probably EU4, Africa is actually pretty damn easy to play. Currently wrapping up a run on the African Power achievement as Kongo (control all of Africa directly as cores). I don't own _much_ Euro culture territory, just a few colonies I lifted off Spain, but my South American colonies are like half Castilian. If I weren't going for the achievement and having to focus on East Africa, I'd have probably gone for Iberia then Italy, and while the Portuguese, French, Spanish, and Austrians have coalesced into a murderous alliance, they still can't win a war against a fucking continent.

One problem I have with how the Qing are represented is that opposition to the Han manifests itself in-game besides the Heavenly kingdom as 1000000 brigades of reactionary rebels, who storm Beijing and instead of deposing the Manchu make sure that Manchu rule lasts the entire game because Qing doesn't westernize.

Of course an event where you switch to a han dynasty when stormed by rebels could be easily exploited by the player.

I suggest maybe have more secessionist movements like in real life.

I think you mentioned how it is dumb that in game, most reactionary rebels are not actually reactionary and are basically minorities fighting for people that would oppress them due to it being impossible for any other rebel to rise up in uncivs and were thinking about new rebel types. Maybe you can find a way for militancy to be funneled more into nationalist rebels for non-accepted pops.

So im kinda newbie in strategy games. One of my favorite is Dune 2000. Im looking for something similiar where you have to find good place to make a base, build walls and turrets(most important), gather many troops, while defending againts waves of enemy units, then kill the enemy. I really liked those special abilities of different Houses(Like invisible troops, taking enemy units, bombing).

How about then for the Confederation, which even though it was "Federalist" in name was highly centralized around Rosas as the governor of Buenos Aires, you give them the Order NV, and for Argentina you give them the Liberty one? I know, I know, you don't like civilized countries to be able to switch them willy nilly like that, but I just wish there was ANY difference between them, and I really think that's one that could make some sense.

It's not really that simple, as some places remained uncivilized well into the 20th century.

I don't know how I will solve that, but I will probably add a few countries as exception.

They shouldn't, but that isn't a big concern. The AI rarely does it. I can take a look but that isn't a very common scenario.

It's a limitation with how the engine work, their flag with the british ensign is present if they are a monarchy IIRC. Can't do anything besides making a more neutral flag.

Did a playthrough as USA and noticed some stuff:
- The party loyalty you set up makes it literally impossible to elect Reactionaries, thus making the Ostendo Manifesto decision can never be taken.
- You get the Slavery Debate which gives +0.03 consciousness until 20 June 1867, even if slavery has already been abolished and the Civil War long over.
- You should probably give Jasper to the UK to avoid stuff like ^
- It would be nice to have a way to get Whitehorse and Stikine as the US if you went for full Oregon since it makes a much more esthetic and rational border (follow the mountain range and the river) - which allows you to actually connect Alaska to mainland US.
- If you get Baja California in the Full Gasden Purchase, California doesn't have core there.
- Is there an event about: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haymarket_affair

Also:
- Does nobody get cores on Western Sahara province? Neither Morocco nor Algeria or Mauritania got it.
- Is there a tag for Dji Bouti?
- You made releasing Ethiopia as a vassal impossible which makes it hard to release it as a colonial puppet since it rarely actually get united. It also creates ugly borders because GPs colonize the south from Kenya and Sudan.
- The Tangiers Protocole is nice flavour but it's not very convenient because then you can't release Morocco as a vassal.
- The new cores for Somalia are a bit much. For example while Wajir makes sense, Garissa has barely any Somali pops.
- You can get the Treaty of Akhal event if as GP you protectorate'd Persia and then release Turkmenistan as puppet.
- You can get "The Heart of Darkness" before the Congress of Berlin and the Scramble for Africa.
- Still no decision to put an end to the bazaari strike.
- The path between Gorgan and Ashkabad is a bit fucked up.
- The PCR isn't working that great - you should probably put it away for now and revisit it later.

I'm guessing that since that militancy isn't actually tied to a desired reform, it always just disappears after 6 months and lowers your militancy down to 1 nationwide, barring other circumstances. In my game, where I was doing my best to keep militancy in Ireland at 10 for the entire potato famine, it saved a lot of paddies by resetting their militancy so often. It seems like it should channel into some sort of early Sepoy rebellion, since as it is there are basically no consequences for raising Indian miltancy
