For dungeons I would recommed
15 tier Castigation until you feel comfortable then Schism
30 tier Angelic Feather/Body and Soul both amount to movement speed
45 tier is also largely indifferent
60 should always be Mindbender, it's a powerful 1 minute cooldown, does decent damage and regens mana
75 I personally like Power Infusion with Schism for high DPS phases but I've heard Contrition is also good for getting used to Atonement. Twist of Fate is good if you can keep it up a lot however your party shouldn't be dipping <35% a lot and so really its just if you can keep up hitting adds that are below 35%
90 I love Clarity of Will in dungeons because it's something you pop on the tank before a pull/big hit and then be able to DPS more comfortably/get some atonement out more comfortably.

at 100 I recommend Grace for dungeons as it improves just about everything you do.

Don't forget to shadow word mend if needed and use plea to spread atonement as it'll never get too expensive due to your group size.

Plea's only purpose is to apply atonement, if group damage is going out use radiance to apply atonement, then dps things. Apply PW:S on cd to the tank and then otherwise just schism, penance, smite high damage targets and keep SW:P on as many as you can. Mindbender also provides good burst damage, so if you pre atonement your group before aoe, you can mindbender and spam shadowmends and bubbles while it also atonement heals them.
