Zephy and SW Franky are two of the biggest lynchpins, and were what made him super OP, and for some reason we've never gotten Heracles twice in about 3 months.
Although at this point there might be replacements in these new batches, it's hard to keep track of it all for a team you won't have unless you have Ace specifically.

Breed was anime filler, which Toei has locked up because they made 100% of it and junk.
Zephyr won't be replaced, because the Log characters had exclusive kinds of rights because they were from DVDs. The SW strawhats probably fell under something similar, and Bamco got away with Shanks/Ace because they weren't actually in the movie. Shiki is probably registered as his own character, like Zephyr is, since they had his raid.
At best, we'll probably get Gild Tesoro unless they really hate us. And maybe those SW replacements, which we haven't seen for some reason.

Well you have an orb booster, just not an orb boosting shooter. It's not perfect, but more of a worse case scenario which would still put Ace in a pretty decent place.

SW Franky seems likely to come to Global though, so you probably drop the cheeky Wapol Kuma combo and put Heracles back in.

The shooter booster is the really hard position to fill.

It's like you guys don't try ANY team that isn't meta. garp is easy as shit. literally all he takes is a max mihawk + friend. ignore the levels and sockets in the attached image, all it takes is each of these maybe level. no other splvls required

Wave 1: kill each fodder on cooldown with buggy, aim for an int orb on him

Wave 2: kill the seahorse first, leave one single guy alive, take a hit. kill him with buggy if you don't have a matching orb yet, if you do, anything else

wave 3: kill helmeppo immediately, turn 1. hit the turtle with only 4-combo units, and stall as long as possible, aim for matching orbs on croc and mr 1

wave 4: kill the fodder, hit coby, don't kill him. kill him turn 2

wave 5: use both mihawk specials, hopefully aim for using robin's special before hitting him with three matching int orbs. should take him to about 5% health, which you can take out normally and easily just by attacking

If you have two turns before the boss attacks, you can fit in one attacking turn to get them into Sugarable range. The OTKO Chunks will drop them 78%, you only need to do 2% without them activating a special that bypasses turn count. Even if you only have one strong orb, from Hack's special, you can do 400k to non-Dex and 725k to Dex raid bosses which will put bosses with 4mil, such as Aokiji in Sugarable range.Assuming they have little to no defense. Because as it is, it seems you cannot stall at all for specials. or you'll lose the debuff.
If the buff is per enemy instead of per turn, then that means you can stall for the turtle/first stage and bumrush the level after.

Is it necessary to max Blamenco's special at this point of the game? There are others full STR orb manipulators available like W7 Lucci + Bepo, Wapol + YArlong, etc.

You genuinely don't have to take a single low stat unit unless you're running Wapol, but then you get to use Raid Kuma for full orbs with 1.75x orb effect on just two units.
Also Wapol/Kuma is actually full orbs on all units regardless of anything, so I guess it'd work in Powerhouse teams too.

Main reason why no one uses 2-full board control units is because of team space.
For a good burts you need an orb controler, an orb booster and a type booster. Using up 2 spaces for orb controller means you won't have a space for sub units which means you'll get fucked most of the time. It simply deals more damage to bring in the full burst combo with 1 orb controller than bringing 2. There are a couple exceptions like Enel being both a captain and a type booster or TNami being both captain and orb controller.
Simply put, having at least 3 or 4 matching orbs gives you more than enough damage so it's not worth bringing in another unit for the full board.

Besides, Kuma/Wapol is still an insane combo, conisdering it's a full combo and a booster in one.

The advantage of a bart team comes in it's specials,

basically you get 3 rounds of attacks while taking damage.

First round you eat hits to drop you as low as possible,

Second round you pop first bart special, match orbs, and boost and attack

With that in mind, you basically have 2 extra turns, which is not a lot compared to what a full burst turn can do.
