I've been watching SFV and is when players get a stun off on the other guy, a lot of them seem to just use a random hit to break it instead of taking their time to set up a super long and damaging combo even when they have the time, why is this?

If you did a RC during specific frames of certain moves, it would be blue and cost 25% instead of 50%. These frames were usually right at the hit to give you stronger options out of the move on hit/block.

For GG Xrd Revelator on PS3, has anyone else had the issue where the color pack for Dizzy just ends up being the character unlock when you go to download it? I don't understand how I can fix the first issue of not being able to use Dizzy if I can't download the only thing that can apparently fix it.

The Guile HP buff is a little much, and it invalidates st. Mp as a move. You get a safe on block meatie that also is a crush counter that leads to a 250~ damage punish. How about flash kick isn't crush counter able? Ex sonic scythe isn't , why does guiles ghetto 4 frame reversal without invincibility get counter hit?
