Going back to the autism surrounding Delia's attack speed, you can perfectly kill bosses without it by deliberately cutting her smash according to the situation. While you got what Scythe Evie does, you are still hanging onto the misconception of "design about landing big smashes". Here is why it's wrong and retarded:

Scythe is indeed about landing her big smashes and pulling. What happens at the end is the exact same for all smashes: a smash occurs and a pull occurs, with the differences being when the smash occurs and what debuff gets on the victim. At best, aspd lets you inflict more useful debuffs more often while all that changes for you is an extra left button press.

Delia is about using whatever smash she can get to, because most situations don't permit anything more, because even the small smashes aren't throwaways like Scythe's small smashes, because bigger is not even better, or maybe because she isn't wielding a fucking scythe.

The biggest smash has a narrow coverage, takes a long time to get to, and since you committed to it you would be inclined to sit through it in superarmor in order to not waste it. You are correct in that landing big smashes (all one of them) isn't really possible at low aspd; but WHY exactly do you need to land such an impractical smash to begin with? No, it is NOT her design just because it does 34032592350 damage. It is something you use when the boss is limp, or you're twinked enough that it outright replaces your medium smash. Because it is so inconsistent, a series of medium smashes ends up being way more practical and -sensical-. The medium smash comes out incredibly quickly due to the various ways to skip the first normal attack, and you can chain it almost immediately into another one. You also don't need three left clicks for a stamina recover when there are two faster ways to do it.

Hey all just woke up, I find Delia incredibly fun to play. She was fun 0 speed, she was fun at 8 speed, she was fun at 17 speed, and she is fun at 27 speed.

Also a reminder to log into NA and spend your redeployment coupons before the server goes down in 1 hour and 40 minutes

The only thing I wish Delia had was a different animation for Lunar Assault, it's pretty similar to Starbloom, it'd be neat if it was a horizontal swing that didn't spin or hit more then once and was held kinda lower

Full moon moves you a lot and is cancelable into another block quite early and restores stamina, I feel like it works pretty well as an option but not the best possible option always like how counter is for Fiona and Vella, on some enemies you wanna block then LRR, others it's better to full moon to the side so the boss takes a second turning to face you, some you can even then dodge out of the fullmoon to get behind entirely which gives a good bit of time vs many for RLRR or RLR(delay)R

As always knowing the enemies options at their current facing is paramount
