Evolve is on a RAPID decline because TRS has shown once again how completely inept they are it comes to balancing.

It gets harder and harder for new players and pubs to actually compete with every patch they release. They are actively driving their new players away, and all that will remain are a couple thousand extremely loyal fans if that. Some hunters are still completely unplayable at average to high level play (Lazarus seriously shouldn't even be in the fucking game he's as such a low point. His kit is complete counter intuitive to Stage 2's mechanics, yet they somehow are blind to this).

I'm more than likely quitting this week or next week as someone with 200 hours in the game who loved Stage 1 and 2. These balancing decisions are seriously going to make my head explode. The only way to win as hunters against high level monsters are with extremely super sweaty tryhard premades.

Not what the purpose is. What's important is making people stop leaving lobbies when a match has been "decided", as in, people have roles they should play. Rather than leaving the players should ask the others if someone wants to swap, if not, fucking tough luck, suck it up and play a round. Might not have been the best way to do it but it's probably better than losing keys or actually having a cooldown timer before you can play again.

I'll admit losing a winstreak is not a big deal, but it's just an annoying feature. Monster and Hunter skill curves are not even remotely close so Monsters became "good" in the amount of time it took Hunters to learn what their skills even do.

This is what they deserve for not putting the effort in to make Monsters take some skill. It would let skilled Monsters hang with premades better and it would let new Hunters not get shitstuffed to Jupiter for trying to play the game

ive found that his beacons force the monster to stop and smack them, which is less time hes smacking your teammates, and you can constantly shit them down. with a shield support like hank, tech hank or bucket on your team you can easily outpace the monsters damage with beacon healing + bursts, and he does very good damage for a medic character

You might be able to convince tier list anon, only real problem with emet is how much he heals correlates to how much his team don't just ignore the healing buoys.
Is he as good as caira? Probably not if only because caira can shoot her grenades at mobile hunters and they both suffer from the same issues of finding it hard to heal air borne targets.

It's much faster now, with bigger range and an extra beam. If the even if you don't catch the monster in the range, it's gonna show his last tracks pretty quickly which helps a lot. The change was made back at the Electro Griffin patch.

I've played a lot with an founder guy with 300 hours who mostly played Emet when he was medic. He played him to the absolute best of his ability, with 25% cooldown reduction on the burst to be more of a medic, but if the support was getting focused hard and was attempting to juke all over the dome, he couldn't do much to save him.

If Emet is played at his best, I could allow him to move up a tier, but that's is very very rarely the case. He's actually more of a factor at late game relay fights due to his beacon, but you really want to finish the game before that happens.

I do not want anyone to get the impression from seeing the list that buying, and playing Emet is a good idea for anyone involved.

None of my friends are super amazing gamers but it was still fun to work as a team and I could carry them with good Assault or Medic play, but honestly it went from being annoying and almost not-fun against certain monsters to "why are we even playing this". Hunter nerfs and Monster Buffs in the exact same patch was honestly just disappointing. It actually made me feel bad for them.

Lost 7 matches in a row today against 6 Meteor Goliaths and one Kraken, there's no point anymore. I hope they enjoy their 200 player peaks again.

I'll look at the next patch notes and if they aren't a huge improvement it's dead to me.

It's your bread and butter. You NEED abduction.
Wraith's survivability comes from her constant mobility, you can fly up into the sky, abduct fuckers and then combo them on the way back down. If you end up in a bad position you can fuck off, abduct a hunter to your location and keep the fight going while getting out of dodge.
When you're being chased you can set up a trap for a slightly over-extended hunter, and make them EXTREMELY over-extended, which can sometimes be a guaranteed down.
Wraith is fucking great, and her abducting is the tits.

Is there really ever a reason to charge Crow's shots, unless maybe stage 3 and theres alot of time left, to make it so the monster cant run away and come back over and over, or if you can basically solo the monsters remaining tiny health pool before the dome is over?
