It's 4 hits. It's not a fake multihit skill like Seism, so each hit has individual crit rolls. Up to 34k damage with 2 overheat isn't bad, and it's only 45% attribute.

If you add 3x Targe Smash and 2x Shield Bash, that's 133k burst damage, supposing all crits. I have 9 unspent points, I could get Shield Shoving and add another 20k or so damage to the rotation.

At rank 8 I don't think the HL3 to Barb3 difference will be too noticeable. Barb buffs are nice but Skull Swing helps everyone in your party who deals physical damage.

I would say wait before remaking, Barb was in the dumpster for awhile in Korea and now HL is worse in both servers. A HL buff is possible in the near future if enough people whine in KR about the Skyliner nerf.

So first time PvP in ToS ever a catagoon. Overall positive, I felt like a big and menacing guy. Impaling people and bringing them to your team is fun (though in my opinion 5vs5 arena is way to small). The difference between PvE crowd (people with <10k HP who die from couple seconds under rush) and PvP (monstrous 50k HP PD who are fucking invincible) is very noticeable.

I felt to fragile, 25k HP is not enough, I may die pretty fast while rushing into five people, need more leveling and equips.

And I want to have R8 for lancer so much.

Jokes aside, you WILL get discriminated at alemeth/evac/storage since people will almost always prefer a pelt over you but once you reach maven, no-one cares anymore.

Optimal parties won't take you but theres tons of suboptimal parties (e.g. I had one just today with 2 non-pelt swordies, pyro2elememe, falconer2 and me a full str paladin and through we probably didn't get as much exp as other parties, we still did fine).

As long as you accept the fact you'll be with other bad builds and your exp rate won't be the best, its fine to go no pelt swordie, especially with the incoming r8 buffs.

How good is Ignition?

Does the burn scale with your matk or just your Int? Does the burn stack with Pyro fireball debuff? Can you share the burn damage through Joint Penalty?
