How do competitive points work? Because I just found out the season ends in less than a month and there is no way I can earn enough points for a golden gun by then. Do they carry over and I get to keep them?

Also, will there be a point at which I start getting more than 1 point per win? I've climbed my way up from 45 after calibration matches to 60, and you'd think that winning games against higher-skill players would give you a bigger reward, is there a threshold I have to hit or is it always going to be 1win = 1point?

I just came across my first blatant hacker. He seemed dodgy all game. Eventually he got PotG as McCree, 4 kills in 9 headshots at medium range, always snapping straight to the head with no overshot at all and staying perfectly on it between shots. I don't think I've ever been suspicious of anyone hacking in this game before now, but that was extremely obvious.

How common are hackers in overwatch? Seeing that guy depressed me and it makes me wonder how many not blatant cheaters I've missed.

Shit was so dumb and hilarious. There is something really entertaining about seeing a Winston destroying the enemy team that doesn't want to pick Reaper because muh teen edgy and the only direction he goes is forward, no jump back to safety faggotry. I also love the Winston mains that can get the Jump Pack card, that shit is harder to get than 70 SR.

Seriously, i don't understand the mentality of low elo players. Winston and Reapers are pretty good heros but yet they refuse to pick them while clearly being too bad to play any relatively demanding heros.

hey guys
I am reading lots about playing with low sensitivity and that's apparently what all pros do: 6/11 Windows mouse setting, 800 dpi, 5-7 in game, etc.

I gave it a try and just can't do it. I went ahead and bought a large mousepad and have a nice mechanical keyboard. However...my mouse settings are 11/11 windows, 2000 dpi and 55 in game...

Is this bad? I'm a "wrist" player but it's something that feels natural. I use to play lots of Dota (2) and Counter-strike Source, etc. but didn't think much about settings before hand.

In general you will have more competent teammates in Ranked but that also applies to the enemy team - and usually you're team is filled with people lower than they should be and the opposite on the other side.

That being said, that really only applies if you're a 50 shitter. The higher you go, the better your average team will be.

The only one I know for sure was a widow back before the nerfs, it would miss shoots here and there, have some rare bodyshots, headshoting all day long, having multiple headshot kills in a row with no break and with almost no aiming time for each one, no matter how the target was moving. I played like three rounds against the guy, while I played it just became more and more obvious that he was just turning on and off his aimbot, it with on the most of the time.

I have met very good widow players carrying before enemies before, but that one was nothing like it, it was blatantly, there is no way that that thing was human.

Grinded to rank 70 that way and then something just snapped. That Reaper that stupidly just tried to walk into our team and is wraiting out? FUCKING FOLLOW HIM AND KILL HIM, RETARDS.
