It's because both have different utility as tanks. WoL is the offensive tank while Cecil is the defensive tank. It's easier to get Cecil though since WoL is a 4* minimum while Cecil is a 3*.

There isn't really anything else to say other than the obvious. Go as far in the events as you can and go through the story dungeons for stamina shards, and get some RWs of strong attack SBs like Fenrir Overdrive to help you out early.
On Sundays though, you should go through the Exp daily. The extra levels give you some some extra survivability for the fights that are above your level.

Cecil's LB outshines WoL for any piece of challenging content, that and the ability to off-heal along with the 75% cover chance(WoL only gets a 30% chance passively with a 50% chance that he can cast for 25mp) makes him still the best tank in the game - he's also a god in PvP

Difficult to say, really. The numbers are very arbitrary, all I can say is just try to work your way up and try to get a feel for it, that's how most of us did it I'm sure. If you can't do Hard, just grind Normal. How high you can go is more based on your gear than your level though, the main asset levels give you is extra HP for surviving stronger fights.

I was about to disagree about the 4* point, but then I remembered that I didn't actually get many Chizurus while rerolling.

Actually, that autistic rerolling spree I did really put into perspective just how bad the draw rates are for this game in general. I'll be keeping an eye out for Cecil, Zidane, and a bunch of other valuable 3*s. But I probably won't go for anything higher until that FF3 banner comes out.

All depends on whether or not you want an enemy targeted at a specific time. If you want to wear them all down at the same time for whatever reason, you'll be doing a lot of manual targeting. If you're just trying to focus enemies down one at a time, you probably won't since they auto-target the lowest HP enemy.

The only thing to keep in mind is that most things target the enemy with the lowest HP%, once you know which enemy that is you should be able to figure out whether or not you want to manual target for yourself.

This grind in BE is taking forever. Right now I am using the Chamber of EXP to grind out Lass and Fina so that I can rank them up to 5*/4* respectively. I have to wait 75 minutes in order to attempt one run of the ADV chamber. And I still have to farm both Sacred Crystals and Heaven's Ash.

At least right now I am 5 trophies away from being able to forge the Hero Ring though(probably going after the Awakening silver/Evoker Bronze/Ability Silver/Quest Silver/Forger of Bonds Bronze). I forged 3 Bio Blasters which are now on Fina/Roselia/Exdeath.

Though now I wonder what new stuff we are getting item wise? I only see Mythril stuff and the Fire Rod as anything significant for me since I don't use anything else(save for Luna later when I can grind TM).
