Knights are all loyal and zealous, so they won't question the king except for Bedivere. Which can ruin them if the king is wrong, or if the king is a fake. However I don't put much faith in TM towards making Arthuria seem wrong in such a drastic morally questionable way that puts the world in danger. Because the knights are unquestioning they do as they're told even if the orders seem very questionable, but bit by bit you're able to get them to your side in order to confront "Arthuria".

There's a theory that the servers work on a time based system, where it has scheduled times of "good" and "bad" luck for a few seconds. The theory goes that rolling a 3* servant in the FP or getting a Super Success is an indicator of good luck.

I followed it on a whim, and it's given me guaranteed gold cards, either servants or CE's every time. Might be luck but it's what's been working for me; I even drew 2 Minamoto's.
