You know what, I'll even give eliminations to you. But you can't possibly handwave the fact that I outhealed everyone in the lobby, and had more objective time to boot. You've had the good fortune of being able to solo queue into the 70s due to a combination of skill, favorable teambalance, and good old fashioned luck. I've been stuck in the mid-high sixties for a while, with often unfortunate team balance and downright bad luck. I won't say I'm always the best player and my team is always trash, because that's simply not true. But more often than not there's something fundamentally wrong with the way at least one of my teammates play, and it costs the team dearly.

How to fix McCree:

-Reduce Peacekeeper damage by 15% at long range
-Reduce Peacekeeper damage by 10% at medium range
-Reduce the cooldown on his roll by 1 second.
-Increase the range of his roll by .5 meters
-Reduce spread range of Fan the Hammer by 15% and increase fire rate by 20%

That should get more McCrees rolling around close range and using flashbang without it destroying tanks. He couldnt 2 shot people at long range anymore unless they are both headshots now.
