I have ele amp and it feels like it changes nothing. It's a few hundred INT, which I found to be about 8% increased damage. It's nice but then you think "I spent hours and weeks grinding for this tiny jump? And now I get to play inventorymanagement every run from now on?"

Maybe it gets a teeny bit better if I had +eleburn plats and things but it's still around that strike zone.
