I do a lot of PvP and I posted this before, but its still my favorite BnS pic because of how this person is always there and they are happy and never talk to me and I think they are cute and I really like them a lot, and I think that since she has her arms raised and shes looking at you in this pic that she really identifies with my feelings and knows how Im feeling about her at this very moment, but not in a creepy way its more of a 'wow she knows i know this is so neat' way.

How is the game doing? When I played back at launch it was a clusterfuck of shit. Arenas were laggy and a total waste of time, end game pve was non existent, and you couldn't play for 3 seconds without your chat filling up with random bot spam.

I think it gives you a choice to fight the boss instead of the shamans or whatever after you find the seal. If there are a lot of high lvls like I had, they'll help you kill it quickly. The boss does take a while to spawn. That place really is hell though.

Most /bnsg/ players are leaps and bounds above the normie players by nature. I'd take someone with 400ap from here way before a 600ap pug

In order to use Inferno, you need to sacrifice 1.5 rotations (global cooldowns are 1 second, and you can use another ability right after inferno is fired). The difference between S1 and S2 inferno is roughly 100 damage. (using base values here). A standard LMB RMB 2 with burn rotation is 192 damage. So you're losing out on 188 damage. However, you get a second inferno that deals 400 damage, 270 more than a blazing beam (you have about a 1 second window after the first inferno hits to cast the second inferno, depending on your range from the enemy, that's enough time to either cast rmb lmb 2, rmb lmb f, or just rmb lmb x again). That's a net gain of 82 damage, multiplied by attack power, crit chance and crit damage.

In conclusion, hongmoon inferno is worth it if you can afford to stand still for 2.5 seconds to cast it. If you're farming trash mobs or have to be constantly moving because you're tanking, instant cast inferno is probably better.

Not to mention if you have the 20% damage bonus for inferno on your weapon its even better.

Hell, I run with pugs sometimes, and yes, some of them go really well, whereas others are complete and utter disasters.
Same occasionally applies to /bnsg/ lobbies. Most importantly, the new patch only came out on Wednesday and not many have had the time/energy to run 4mans enough times to completely master the mechanics.

Yeah its from reddit, I figured I'd have someone there explain it in the most simple way possible since people seem to have trouble grasping it. I've done a lot of testing over and over on Silver Deva to find my average. This post doesn't mention that if you pull the boss with it you effectively cast it instantly and lose no rotations, and if you cast it before soulburn / bluebuff you gain even more dps out of it.

You're free not to use it if you don't like it but I enjoy it and found I do much more dps when I do. I still switch out of it for a lot of fights though. No need to be hostile friend.

What does "gear carried" even mean? Ever since SF purples came out I've been slightly ahead of the /bnsg/ curve when it comes to gearing up. Do you want me to join lobbies and equip a True Profane weapon or something?

Every pve-related content in this game is easy, I'd say the most I've struggled with was consistently getting credit on Grindtooth pre-merge but that was mainly because of my fps.

These numbers are in game hitting a training dummy. I checked the modifiers from bnstree way back when you first brought this up. nonHM impact is still more. You aren't calculating those modifiers correctly as the impact one isn't counting the "Ember detonation deals 75% additional damage per Ember stack" as part of its base amount. If it did it would be ludicrously higher.

If I crit all 5 times with Wildfire I get 5,865 damage.

If I crit once with nonHM Forceblast I get 7,687 damage.

This is with 58% crit and 211% crit damage.

Why am I even trying? Anyone can go ingame and test this in a few seconds and see.

I wouldnt waste points in wild fire. Those numbers are too minimal and nobody really cares until you get HM 1 to do much more damage which encourages you to use it.

I prefer stuff like utility. Yknow points into 4 so you can force grip a dead friend or tab for kd/daze.

Or you can even use HM inferno especially since your weapon gives you a 20% modifier.
