I'd pick the second one. I just wish content wasn't so lazily done. I mean, look at PotD. It obviously feels like it was copy-paste content. I'm not surprised if the next 51-200 floors are just as bad. Maybe if it was worked on longer then it would be better than it is right now.

I think the devs need to stop making so much content (that dies out the next patch anyway) and make LESS that's actually fun, challenging, rewarding and lasts long. Quality over quantity please.
They really need to stop creating so many dungeons, especially hard modes of an old dungeon since it's not even hard! A lot of dungeons in the game are already ignored and feel so watered down, but they still keep making more.

They can't really make quality content with so much quantity since they've said their team is so small.

The raid is a time investment, but it's not for everybody.
Ignore the raid and look at the other content in regular releases. Dungeons get boring after the 2nd run imo, and they're only ran for tomestones. Then what's the point of making such cheap but glorified content for getting TOMES? Also, it gets rather obsolete after the odd patch because right after the even patch, most people would have a complete tome gear set (unless they plan to gear up alt classes).

Ex trials are good, they're not as hard as savage raids that people couldn't clear them during the patch (but I know, I know. The playerbase is shit at the game)
Then there's the relic and beast tribe dailies which usually last half the patch, and then they release some new type of content but it's usually a hit or miss for people. Most content they release usually doesn't last long for people at all.

Same here. 1.0 wasn't even that awful after the last patch, but people still put their minds on the release version and how awful it was.
It was going so well, most of the game's flaws were fixed and they just needed a better engine for the game and tweaks in the combat, and here we are with a completely different game in 2.0 that's really not much of an improvement aside from the engine, but it's not as great as most MMOs.

I really think the only possible way to remove Primals is to seal them away again since they can be summoned over and over again by beast tribes, unless they somehow kill them all until they become extinct.
They were sealed away in Mor Dhona's lake before, but the seal broke after their giant airship fell down the lake. That's just the theory of where they came from though.

I'm pretty sure the whole "Primal" thing is an excuse for the Garleans to invade.
The crashing of the airship and death of Midgardsormr made it possible to summon Primals, sure. But that doesn't excuse that fact that the Garleans were heading to Mor Dhona to kickstart their invasion before Primals were capable of manifestation.

This came from the trailer of 1.0 and when the lake emitted a pillar of light after the airship crashing down, and then there were sudden balls of light that went away, which were Primals.
