I got 49 transport planes in Vlaandern, my Paratrooper Divisions weigh in at 1.4...whenever I assign them the paradrop mission and I select the province, it tells me I have 0 transports there. I doesn't matter if the transports there are assigned to no region. The region where I want to paradrop, or the region of the airfield.
I tried restarting the game, nothing works, what can I do (when I tried naval invasion England quickly bombed my transports)?

HOW TO FIX COLONIAL MIGRATION AND BEHAVIOUR FOREVER (ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL COUNTRIES):

That should fix many issues, but if you want to go deeper:

>create a new pop type named colonists, which represents state-funded groups of people who are sent to the colonies to develop them
>paid off by the administration slider, they buy an abnormally high variety of goods from the market to represent supplies for their trips and tasks in the colonies
>anyone can become one but the promotion rate is low by default, you'll need to combine the encourage colonists NF with the admin slider to create a noticeable amount of them
>will always have an extremely high colonial emigration rate because that's what they were hired to do
>once they are in a colony, they will start promoting to farmers/labourers, clergymen, bureaucrats, artisans, soldiers and landowners, or move to another one

Now any country can get significant colonial emigration if the government actually funds these programs, it doesn't matter how crowded the homeland RGOs are.

The only real problems that this system could cause is when you don't have any colonies, perhaps you could get an event that demotes all colonists to RGO workers when that happens. And some cultures don't emigrate to the colonies at all, so these pops shouldn't promote.

By the way if you end up with a Hellenic heresy,reload older save. Last time i played its heresies crash the game and corrupt the save after couple years pass.
